I've been twice since moving to the area. Both times I was very disappointed. I've been without an IHOP for over 10 years and really missed it.First visit myself and another were one of the only customers in the morning. The coffee tasted like it was made the evening before. The food took over 50 minutes to get and after it arrived we were missing items and the pancakes were cold and rubbery. The person I was with ordered eggs with their meal and they came out scrambled instead of over easy. The server once she dropped the food off also dropped the ticket at same time and never returned.Second visit more recently was a bit later in the morning around 10am or so. It was a bit busier. After ordering it took again around 40 minutes to get our food. Again the food came out completely messed up and cold. The server again never came back to the table except to drop the ticket. The person I was with ended up not even taking a single bite of their sandwich because it wasn't what he ordered so he got a box. The server never noticed or asked if there was an issue.Unfortunately, I doubt I will return to this location because of their lack of care for the customers.
I absolutely love the IHOP by WMC on route 50 in Winchester. The staff are always courteous and helpful, always going the extra mile to fill my orders for my aging mother. I can stop by whether to go or to dine in, and they provide quick and awesome service. I just ordered pancakes for my mother, and they had it ready in under five minutes. Seriously! All the staff are outstanding!I can walk into IHOP. Jaelyn W. will immediately seat me and take my orders. She is so sweet, friendly, and efficient! I can order, pay her as I order, and receive my food with a to go box so I can leave quickly as soon as I am done eating. My leftovers and to go order for my mother are packed immediately.I am able to rush in, eat quickly, and run to take food to my mother. Jaelyn also always remembers my mother takes a bunch of butter and sugar on her pancakes! My mother is elderly and is losing weight. Jaelyn always remembers my mother and me. She is such a great server, making sure to meet my every request.In the world's crazy and busy pace, we sometimes have to follow; she is a blessing. Actually, this whole restaurant is!Ms. Hailey also provides superb service. She is always smoothly juggling a million things effortlessly. She seats customers and waits on them while checking everything is running smoothly. She is also so courteous and helpful, providing fluid service to me and many others. She is an excellent assistant manager.CJ and Michael also excel at serving and keeping everyone happy. They always make sure my orders are correct and delivered immediately. They will also make sure to check on me.I walked into IHOP today. Hailey greeted me and took my order to go. Jaelyn flashed a brilliant smile as she noticed me. She greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. Then Michael delivered my mother's to go order within five minutes. I just sat down when Michael brought out my order!The staff are all outstanding providing excellent friendly and fast service! The restaurant is always clean, the food is great and reasonably priced. What more could I ask for from IHOP?
Food was good, staff was friendly, place was clean. But they apparently needed another person on shift, to handle silverware prep - we waited awhile to have our ticket payment taken while waitresses rolled silverware.
Great breakfast place. Service is always wonderful, food is good and prices are reasonable. I've never had a bad experience here.
Typical IHOP, the curbside service was subpar, several fellow customers and I had to go inside to receive our meals. Totally negating the curbside offer, read some flowery language on the bathroom stall, will visit again! Food was cold upon receipt. Staff was friendly, manager seemed disconnected, maybe confused about operations!
Tried to order online and their ordering system online is ridiculous. The website kept saying that it wouldn’t accept my billing address after entering all of my credit card info. What online ordering system asks for a billing address for ordering food online? So I have to call in, can’t pay over the phone so it’s now considered pick up instead of curbside. I am told it will be 15-20 minutes for pick up. They don’t have any front places or marked places to park for pickup/curbside. Then I finally find a place to park, go in and pay for my order. I am told me order is not ready and it would be another 15-20 mins. It’s absurd how disorganized their pick up and curbside system is.
Had the sirloin tips and eggs. They came out great, they are discounted on Saturday to 9.99 and it was definitely a good value. I'd highly recommened.
Our server was the best part of the experince this store, not just ihops in general, the manager was horrible to customers he was dealing with, the food was under cooked, will not be going back
Daytime Manager was such a butt when I brought my visiting mom in for breakfast 3 days before Christmas. The servers were Great and food once corrected was delicious.
Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Waitress was great and attentive even though it was packed. Great prices too.
