Good portion sizes for what you pay. The steak omelet with pancakes on the side is a good choice. Good service and clean.
Delightful. The staff went out of there way to ensure every customer enjoyed their visit. The food was the best! We will be back when we travel through.
I don’t think I have anything good to say about this iHop. When you first walked in there was a bucket on the floor with a wet floor sign in front of it and a ceiling tile missing above (picture attached). The hostess was nice, but when they called someone’s name they wouldn’t say it very loud, however, I do give them a lot of credit because they were not only seating tables but also bussing them. Once we sat down it was a while until the waitress came over, it was a WHILE until we got our food, and when we did one of the orders was wrong! The pancakes i ordered were not fully cooked as well, and it gave me a very bad stomach ache. The eggs i got looked funny as well, they looked like they had a layer of plastic over them. On top of all of that, the silverware was dirty! Once we finished, the waitress gave us our bill and didn’t come back to our table. We ended up leaving the bill on the table and passed her walking back into the restaurant while we were walking out.
I guess it was a typically slow time for them when we went in because there were only a couple waitresses working and the one side was a "closed section". Ok, no worries. We waited behind several, and I mean several other tables as the whole other side either had people sitting or it looked like people just got up. We decided to wait the 10-15 minutes. Then the manager came out with a tub, cleaned several tables and sat most the people ahead of us. Then he sat the remainder of the people, including us, in the closed section. He ended up being out waiter! I didn't catch his name, but he didn't miss a beat as he took all four groups at the same time. The food was fantastic and the service was wonderful.
Jessica was basically the only server in the restaurant and she did a great job serving us and attending to the other guests. We were very pleased with our service and the food was very good!
For a pancake house they didn’t have many options for pancakes on the menu. The syrup did not taste like pure maple syrup and the food was below average I will have to remember not to stop there on my next trip to that area.
I guess they don't care if they lose few customer as they were full.But I was disappointed that no one even say hi to us.A guy came a front did not say anything he just look at us and walk away" very rude". And Did not even says" sorry were busy right now and it will take couple minutes to be seated "
Just wasn't impressed, my granddaughter l thought the hashbrowns were really terrible and none of the food was hot, not much chance at a return visit. The service was totally fine, to end on a positive note
My DoorDash delivery was missing a bag that contained quite a bit of food. I called and spoke with Derek and he was fabulous. He offered to personally deliver our missing food. Excellent service, Derek!
First time at this IHOP and I'm still not sure about it. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but not good. Our waitress was nice. Just another place still trying to shake off the virus Blues.
