The place is good, comfortable and spacious seats, nice service. The steak options were overpriced compared with typical steakhouses ($5+), so we decided to order fish and chips. Unfortunately were not the best experience with that. The burger for our son was delicious. We will give to IJ Canns American Grille a second oportunity, but, not in the near future.

This restaurant was delightful. There was about 17 people at the function. Our waitress was amazing. The food was incredible. I especially liked the crab dip.

So my daughter and I went here for dinner last night. The experience started out well. The calamari and pomegranate mojito were very good. My daughter ordered the jambalaya and I ordered the 16 Oz prime rib. When our food came, the prime rib, which I ordered medium rare, was clearly overcooked. I cut into it and it was stiff, dry, and brown. I called the waitress over and showed it to her. She immediately acknowledged that it was overcooked. She apologized and took it back. Within a couple minutes, another lady comes back with the same plate, slides it back right in front of me, and says, "the chef says it is medium rare." I kind of chuckled and said, "ma'am this is overcooked, it's tough and dry." I have to pick the plate up and hand it back to her. The waitress asks me if I'd like anything else. I order the ribeye. They bring a completely raw NY strip that they tell me is a rib eye. It only got worse from here. The manager comes over and was snarky and condescending. I ask them to box up the second steak and bring me my check. They bring my bill having charged me full price for everything. I politely paid, leaving my server a 20% tip, and left. I cannot remember a worse experience. I stopped by our local cigar shop on my way home and started to talk about my experience to the proprietor and he proceeds to tell me about several negative experiences him and his wife had here and how they'll never return.

I suppose if there's nothing wrong with your meal, you'll have a good experience. If you do have an issue, don't expect any level of professionalism or hospitality from the management.

This place is interesting, it’s relatively new and in a nice development, but the decor choices make it seem far more dated than it really is (Tuscan-chic). The understaffing issue advertised by a paper on the door is definitely evident in some areas. It took a long time for us to get seated with no line, our drinks took a while to come out, and the bathrooms could use a better cleaning. But the food was fairly tasty. I got the vegetable linguine without Parmesan, my husband got the Mahi Mahi, we both enjoyed it. I’d say the food is slightly above a Carrabba’s or Olive Garden but otherwise it’s mostly a similar experience.

Bit of a wait. Service barely adequate considering the prices. Food was great. Everything was tasty and well prepared.

Take out 3x, dine in 1x, Laura my server added 10 stars to my awesome salmon sandwiches, mixed greens salad and raw oysters. This is a very well managed restaurant with high end food at a great value price that doesn’t break the bank.

Server Michelle was very sweet and attentive. The food is always delicious. And the venue is gorgeous. One of the best restaurants in the Winchester area.

My salmon was very good and my husband enjoyed his jambalaya. I need to be dairy and wheat free and while there where a few options it mostly meant having something (fish or chicken) plain.

First time. Dropped by based on internet. (traveling thru) Food was great. Good selection. Service good. Atmosphere very nice.. Prices reasonable. Staff wore maskes thank goodness.
