This place needs to be full of people! I came during a lunch break from work and decided to try this instead of going to Subway. I wasn't disappointed. Everything was delicious. I got the Lover's Chicken, which was big enough to be shared and the chicken sticks. Everything is reasonably priced and delicious without being overly salty. If you're nearby, give this place a chance.
Guans food is amazing. Always fresh and hot. Our favorite place to eat.
Fast service, good prices, and seriously good food. I have found my new favorite Chinese food restaurant. Highly recommend you treat yourself to this place.

I had steam dumplings and they were delicious ,Mr. Guan is a very nice gentleman who was it was great to meet today. This will be my go to Chinese restaurant in Winchester now.
I have a lot of family in Winchester Virginia. Whenever I visit Winchester we used to always go to Guan’s garden. After a dozen visits, I don’t think we will ever be returning. The past 3 visits, the vegetables have been mushy & haven’t been fresh. The guy tells lies, he says all the veggies are fresh but you can tell they’re not. The general tsos chicken tasted weird & the broccoli had black spots on it. I have no idea what the black spots are…maybe mold? When I asked the guy what they were, he acted like he didn’t understand what I was asking. Service has gone down tremendously..the guy, I think his name is Andy, pretends he doesn’t understand English. I honestly think that guy is a bad person. He lies, pretends he doesn’t understand & sometimes he overcharges you. I’ve caught him trying to overcharge me at least 4 times. I think he’s kind of creepy & he acts sneaky. My wife & her friend say they believe him & his family are criminals.

The portions of dinner was spectacular. The food was fantastic and very filling. I will be going back!
