I paid $17.99 for basically a frozen pizza with a totally burnt black crust! You'd be better off buying a frozen pizza before you fork over $18 for this garbage!! If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered from their website, got a text confirmation, and when I got there 25 minutes later they said they didn't receive the order. Eventually, they found it through a third party app or something, but terrible service also! Totally bad experience.
Pizza is good not too busy of a place I like that for being dinner time with no wait you pick and choose what you like on the pizza the size the sauce whatever you choose.
Great family owned restaurant serving wood fired personal pizzas that you can customize the way you like it (think Subway style assembly line but for pizza). Always fresh ingredients, and the owners are so sweet!!! If you like the modern pizza places like Blaze, MOD and other wood fired pizza places, you will absolutely love Firenza!!!! And you would be supporting local resident owners!!
We loved it here. It’s great that you can pick and choose your pizza toppings. There were like 8 sauce choices and 20+ toppings. The service was top notch too. Very impressed! Will definitely drop in again next time I’m in Winchester.

My husband and I love their pizza. We like completely different things on our pizzas, and this place has the best options. Create your own pizza with the drizzles, and unlimited toppings!! So delicious!

My husband and I Love their Pizza. Their “Build your own” has so many delicious options. We have very different tastes, and it is nice to get what we both want. Oh! And the optional drizzles are a must try!
