Stumbled into this establishment after a visit to the Shenandoah Valley Civil War Museum. Service was quick and pleasant. We ordered a flat white, lavender latte, a hot chocolate and a piece of lemon poppy seed cake. All very nice.
Cute space, enough seating, good drinks, yummy baked goods, Great location, friendly staff. Just wish large hot drinks came in a mug rather than a pint glass. Could easily have just been out of them though.
Went in to get coffee to go after getting brunch downtown. Ordered 2 different coffees and tipped on both, each plain espressos. I am used to there being a bar with cream and sugar available so you can add this as you wish after ordering. They keep this behind the counter here and guard it with their life. Asked for cream, and the girl adds literally under a table spoon. 3x I asked her, politely, for a little bit more. I reached for the cream and asked if I could pour it myself and she snatched it away. Finally, in exasperation, she cries ," if you wanted a latte, You should have just ordered a latte!" To boot, the cup broke otw home. I don't like corporate America but I gotta say, big coffee chain let's you have all the cream and sugar you want and never have I had treatment like this.
The most adorable (and deceptively spacious) coffee shop ever! There is plenty of seating for working or just relaxing with a latte. Staff is super friendly. Be sure to check out the delightful garden out back!

My favorite coffee place in town!! I love going here especially in the cooler months for their dirty chai lattes! Love the seating area in the back. Great place to work, meet friends, or just read.
