Find another location. Inconsistent store hours, VERY unfriendly staff. You never know when the drive thru will be open and when it is, you'll have a long wait for your order. Only half of the menu is available most days, some days you'll be greeted with a small "no hot food sign" and with that, don't try to order just a bagel, untoasted with cream cheese on the side. They consider that hot food and won't even let you order that.
Coffee and food quality is good, but if you’re looking for convenience and a quick trip..just go to any other location. This location has been struggling for years (pre-pandemic). Inconsistent store hours, unfriendly staff, wacky inside/drive thru operations, half the menu available most days or even just closed in general.
November 28 , 2021. At 7 AM the drive-through staff was very rude and did not speak to me while giving me my coffee. Tried several times, hello, how are you, have a nice day. No response. “Karen”
Worst costumer service!! It has been the second time I go there in the morning. The first time I let it slip bc maybe it was just to early but today I went and one of the lady’s on the mic didn’t even let me finish my order and the other one yelled at me saying whatever you want to order do it at the window. when we got to the window I told the man that’s not and appropriate way to treat your customers. All he said ma’am we are short staffed when a rude tone!
I went through the drive thru this morning and asked for a 10 count of assorted cake munchkins. The lady asked if I wanted glazed and I said no I want them all cake munchkins. So she said we have blueberry pumpkin and chocolate. I said that was fine. I was willing to be late for work (I work customer service) for these munchkins. I open up my order at work and they are all glazed! After I had already told her I wanted cake and was very specific! I also checked the receipt and it said blueberry and pumpkin cake munchkins 10 count. Needless to say I was very upset. Check your orders before you leave the drive thru or staff needs to pay more attention!
The inside was closed to customers but the drive through was open. The nice lady working in the Dunkin’ allowed me to mobile order and grab my drink from inside. My iced latte was perfect! You never know how your coffee will turn out but I was highly satisfied!
Awful Customer Service. Asked for a iced coffee with caramel, sugar and CREAM. was only given it with caramel and sugar. The lady at the window made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking to fix it. The lady grabbed the drink out of my hand that she had already given me and took it back to fix it. Once the drink was given back to me it wasn't mixed together, no new drink was made, and there was cream dripping down all over the sides of the cup. Then it was an even more inconvenience to ask for a straw to be able to drink my iced coffee. My drink just tastes like half of it was dumped out for them to be able to put some cream in it. I pretty much wasted $3.49 because I had to throw it away.

Disgruntled employees. The usual. Drinks were as ordered sandwich had undercooked bacon for my liking. Employees seem stressed and unfriendly. Same at the new one in Clearbrook.
