Inviting atmosphere, slightly limited menu but OK. Bar selections were a little limited. Service was acceptable.

I stayed overnight in Winchester, Va and the Cork Street Tavern was recommended . The La Quinta Hotels Winchester VA hotel where I stayed said the crab cakes are delicious. Let me tell you.. they were amazing and so was the Mac & cheese!!!When I pass through the area again I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

We had an enjoyable lunch eating in the west dining room. Portions are just right and service is fast and friendly.

Decent restaurant for the town. They have quite a selection of bbq dishes most of which are super good. The outdoor patio is lovely on a sunny day although the waitress doesn’t come out very often.

In town for a youth baseball tournament and our dinner plans fell through. As walk ins, we were accommodated on the patio for a group of 35 after being turned away by a much larger restaurant that was nearly vacant. The staff was friendly, attentive and patient and with our large group and the food was great all around. Highly recommend for a quality local spot!

The bartender was friendly and helpful....the manager took my order and could not have screwed it up worse. But her attitude made it worse. 35$ to get home and find everything screwed up is too much! bartenders work too hard for the manager to get in the way then mess orders up

Great food, great non-franchise atmosphere, great rock and roll playing in the background, I was initially concerned about smoking in the dining area but they must have a very good ventilation system because it didn't bother me at all.

Stopped in for a beer originally but ended up with dinner. Ordered the Tavern Burger, med rare, fries and lettuce, tomato and mayo. Burger was huge cooked to order exactly as requested, fries were crispy, hot and plentiful…..Nicole the bartender was pleasant and made very helpful suggestions. Beer was cold, priced fairly. Definitely would recommend this place

This was the only place open in Winchester when I arrived on a Monday at 10 pm. The server was exceptionally friendly, the beer selection was way above average, and the salmon was shockingly good for bar food. I was pleasantly surprised of my experience here. I’ll be back.

Great place to catch up with friends have a beer and a burger. Selection of beers is pretty good and the food is well made but nothing fancy exactly what bar food should be. I still to this day believe the best standard Cheeseburger I've ever had is from the Cork Street Tavern. I hope to get back in someday soon.
