My family and I stopped during a one-night stay in Winchester and it was a great find. The employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the pizza was delicious and the prices were reasonable. It was a Friday night around 8:30 P.M. when we stopped and they were busy; delivery drivers constantly coming and going...a sign of good food in my opinion. We weren't disappointed and will certainly stop again when passing through.
I hate to leave a negative review because Claudio himself is a really wonderful person and the food is always great. The problem is that the service when my husband comes in to order food to go the staff isn't always the most attentive or caring.my husband ordered food to go twice and both times they brought it out ready to serve and the apologies are at best subpar and he feels as if he don't get the same amount of treatment as those with money.my husband works over 100 hours every 2 weeks to support me which I'm nearly blind.we had food delivered the other night and the powdered sugar container broke opened and spilled on our bed,most likely won't be back.we are doing the best we can
Food & delivery have been good, young lady that seems to be the one to take my order when we are in town every couple of weeks has always been a great CSR. A couple of times they forgot to send plastic utensils though I had asked for them but since the motel is close the delivery driver went back and got some. Good experience overall every time I order.
Had lunch here I got the flatbread pizza with two toppings that was really good along with the salad. I went up to see if they had milk for children and the owner of the restaurant went back to see if they had any and when he found they didn't he said he could have somebody run to the store and buy some milk at no cost that was so sweet. Really you can't get that personalized service everywhere you go that was important to me.
Quality food. Fast delivery. Never a bad product delivered since I started ordering over a year ago. Professional and respectful from phone call to delivery. Awesome!!!!

This is a great local family-owned restaurant with excellent food, kind and attentive staff, and large quantities at reasonable prices. My family and I have never had a meal here that we didn't love, and we are especially big fans of the delicious pizza, creamy garlicky fettuccine Alfredo, and perfectly crispy chicken wings. The fact that the staff are attentive, friendly, and make you feel like a special part of their family makes this restaurant one of our top picks. Give it a try; your taste buds--and your spirit--will be glad you did!
Great place! My favorite food is spaghetti and I've had it from many different places but this was hands down my favorite so far. I've tried a few other things that were really tasty as well. My boyfriend who in my opinion is super picky, absolutely loves it too!! Also the staff have all been very knowledgeable, quick and courteous.
EXCELLENT service....the girls are adorable and industrious- uncommon nowadays. As for the pizza -Im from NJ so am fairly discriminating. The 'za is acceptable. The veggie pie was decent- no real meld of the vegetable flavors and crust was somewhat boring - but good bite and corresponding crunch at the edge The Sicilian is just meh but I'm a thin crust guy anyway. In a pinch Claudio's is a reasonable option. Place is immaculate and provides the required oregano, parmesan, and red pepper flakes. I would go again
Claudios has always been our families go to. GREAT prices, AWESOME atmosphere for a family and AMAZING food. Those three ingredients make us come back for more!!
