I just want to give Steven a shout out. Steven is extremely friendly, and he makes sure your experience is the best one. He also takes the time to talk to people. So he makes the experience more enjoyable. He keeps the food stocked with an appropriate amount of food. While I was there today, someone asked for more pasta and with in 5 ish minutes he had pasta cooked and brought out. He is extremely polite. He is going around the whole store making sure it’s as clean as possible. He is always picking up dirty plates to help keep your table from overflowing with plates.
The place is clean and the customer service is decent. It is difficult to communicate with the cooks there because most of them speak very little English. That being said unless you request them to make your pizza the way you want it or go during a primetime there food is not very fresh. The last few times I've been they didn't even have the ingredients to make my favorite taco pizza. For this reason, CiCis is only getting two stars from me.
The buffet looked very clean and inviting.I am very impressed with the staff, wich keep the place clean and tight.The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The place wasn't overly crowded but very few pizzas on the table, they did put a few fresh ones up after we made our first round. As we were leaving I noticed people standing and waiting for pizza because the buffet was pretty empty, pretty sad to see because we used to love going to Cicis
Place is so outdated , food still taste the same from years ago little remolding does wonders
It was better this time than the last couple of experiences I had in the past year or so. So I'll be coming back sooner!

Hi All! We were here on the 29th of September at 11:10a.m. The food was just not good, it was like the day before pizza. It was warm, not hot and tough, not much taste at all. We at one time Loved this place, but now it has changed. So sad. ??
