Bad Customer service. Cashier she don't know how to behave with customers. Bad customer service isreflecting Chipotle's bad image .They should work on it. Ruined the mood to eat food. Good food by worst customer service. They act like customer are getting free food from them but they forgot, through customers they are making money and should respect and polite with them. Deserve -ve star rating.

I ordered ahead and my order was not ready when I got there after the promised time. After a few minutes, I asked about my order and a guy asked me my name, looked at a computer,and walked away to do something else, which was odd. When the guy came back, I asked him again and showed him the email receipt for my order. Then he asked someone to make my burrito. It ended up coming out about 10 or 15 minutes past the promised time. I would have been better off waiting in line and not ordering ahead from this location.

I’ve always had a good experience at this chipotle, and I get it almost every night after work! (I know I have a problem haha) Out of all the times I’ve ordered, I’ve only had a problem twice and both times the manager, Bridget made things right and took care of me! I appreciate the way things were handled and will be back.

I just made an online order for pickup. I got home to find my order was made incorrectly. I tried calling the restaurant but you can’t speak to a live person, it’s a stupid automated voice telling me to click a help link in my email that has me “chatting” another automated system. I couldn’t speak to a live person in any form and the solution to messing up my order was a BOGO free coupon! I’m so upset and disappointed. I usually love Chipotle but this just turned me off.

My sister ordered online I asked for double chicken and and I barely got a scoop of chicken. How am I supposed to get these gains with lack of protein ? plus I barely have rice. Plus I haven’t eaten all day and paying full price ??? Wack

My wife ordered a quesadilla and the gentleman said "we can only order it online".... He even showed us where the quesadilla maker would've been plugged up. They ran out of green salsa (or didnt wanna go to the back and get some) .. and for the 3rd time in a row, the chips were stale and tasteless......At least they're consistent w/that...

This chipotle is an absolute joke! They’ve never gotten my order right and the food quality is terrible compared to other chipotle’s. Now I find out that they don’t do “large orders” and refuse service to those that place them. Screw this location. Shut it down! Replace it with another company or owner that will provide a quality product and service to their customers.

Ordered with work; and they ask you on the chipotle website “who’s it for.” All of us labeled our names on our burrito… and they couldn’t even get that right. Wrong burritos under wrong names. This place is always so inconsistent. Whether I’m ordering from the chipotle website or in the actual store. If MOES wasn’t across town, they’d have a run for their money. The worst part is, you can go on different days get the same thing and be charged different every time even though it’s the same exact order down to the T. It’s insane. This chipotle has become nothing but an absolute joke at this point

Kind service, clean establishment overall. Line area for serving is a bit messy and location continues to run out of things for in-person dining (such as guacamole) while ensuring that to-go orders continue to be fulfilled. This market and the amount of to-go orders is not new and so they should be better managing supplies at this point... my patience with giving them my business is waning

I’ve never left a bad review before anywhere- but Everytime I come to this chipotle it’s a terrible experience. Was told I couldn’t order a chicken quesadilla in the store, it had to be online. So I made an online account just to order my food- and you cant use a gift card. They told me I can’t use a gift card online, only a debit or credit card. I was told their tortilla press is only at the online order station, therefor they could not sell me one in the store. Like ???? Make the drive to another chipotle if you can, the food here is either cold or wrong order, if you are able to order online it’s always wrong and the customer service sucks. Would leave 0 stars if I could
