This is my favorite place in Winchester to go to! I would eat here everyday if I could afford it ?. Keep up the great work!
China Town has the best and freshest Chinese food you could want. The flavors are spectacular. The service is awesome. Everyone helps everyone to make sure you have a smooth dining experience. Highly recommend!
I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, the food was very good and the staff were friendly and inviting. The configuration of the front dining area seems a little off and could be rearranged to be more inviting. I understand they used to have a buffet but it seems to no longer exist. The food was served kind of family style where main dishes were served in larger bowls to be transferred to your plate. The street noodles were very close to drunkin noodles, they were very good but could have been a little more spicy. Sesame chicken was a touch over cooked but overall tasted good. They have a fair amount of menu items but not as many as some traditional Chinese restaurants. Overall I will definitely continue to visit.
A meal at Chinatown is always a wonderful experience! The menu offers a large selection of traditional dishes with a modern twist. Ingredients always taste fresh and good always comes out hot/cold as it should be. Very comfortable and modern chic ambience and very friendly and helpful staff. Their sushi is a must try! Always amazing! My favorites include chicken lettuce wraps, they're unlike any other at any restaurants I've tried them at, and pretty much all their sushi rolls. A must try restaurant in Winchester!!
It was a very cold day (19). Most restaurants had a challenge to keep it clients warm and well fed. While Chinatown struggled along to keep customers warm with plenty of great hot tea, it's food was delicious. It is well above other Chinese restaurants in Winchester and its' price competitive. The outside needs better curb appeal but the inside is clean and staff welcoming. I will be back.
Great place to enjoy your favorite Chinese food dining in or take out. Ming,the owner, is a great guy and his staff are terrific. They do stay busy so it's a good idea to call ahead for seating.
I really enjoy eating at the Chinatown Restaurant when I'm visiting Winchester. Consistently quality food and service. Excellent bar and wine selection. The food tastes authentic and is really enjoyable. A definite yes.
What an unexpected and nice surprise this place was. I read the reviews and expected it would be decent. What I didn’t expect was that it would actually be really good. I’ve tried so many places all around NoVa (some in FFX and west of Fairfax county) and into WV and none of them match the quality of food Chinatown serves. I wish it was closer to home because it would be my go to. But for now on, whenever I’m in Winchester I will make a point to pick some food up to bring home. Service was a little slow for my table, but the server made up for it everywhere else. Pleasant atmosphere inside as well - very 2022. Can’t wait to try again.
