Is chick fila on market street under new management? First time ordering through DoorDash since they reopened and my order was someone else’s(no big deal it happens) the issue is we called and they said they would send us the right order. Almost 2 hours later nothing try to call and they ignore the number. We call on another phone they answer right away and we explained and they said they were gonna grab the manager so they put us on hold then a minute later we heard them click the phone(this happened twice). Never in the years of getting chick fila have I had one of their restaurants have trashy service

Great chicken sandwiches, an abundance of amazing staff, and crazy clean everything. Workers are efficient despite the droves of people inside the restaurant at all times. As of the time I am writing this review, this restaurant is being renovated and I believe it is not open right this second.
Chic Fila never disappoints. Clean, good fast service. I got the Cobb salad and wish there was a little more chicken on the salad. I had many bites with no chicken bc of that. Also the red pepper flakes aren't the best on the salad. Try a bite sela

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. Tonight was the third time we were served raw chicken. The first time, my daughter bit into her nuggets and it was raw in the middle. The second time, my chicken sandwhich was cooked towards the front and completely raw at the end. Tonight, my sandwich was the same as the first raw in the middle. Fries were cold, cold wrap was just lettuce with a pinch of chicken. Check your babies food before you hand them out because I'm not the only one whose had this experience. If I want to eat CFA I'll drive to purcellville not even winchester.
Customer service was phenomenal but I prefer the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich for overall taste.
A very okay chick-fil-a. I've visited this chick-fil-a at least 15 to 20 times total. Almost every time, there is something off. Whether there is something wrong with the order, the drive thru line takes too long for how many people are staffed, or the customer service is not to the level you have come to expect from Chick-fil-a. Not trying to be too critical, but this location is consistently below the bar for one reason or another, compared to any other chick-fil-a location I've visited. If there was another location relatively close to me, I would go out of my way to avoid this one.

The food is always consistent & has great flavor don't get worried when u pull up & see a line all the way around in the drive thru they always have employees outside to take your order which helps it move along quickly. Wait time 10 to 15 minutes on a busy day but worth the wait
