Went to Pleasant Valley location this evening and went to the Drive thru line. Met a customer sales member named Laura. She first made me back up and get in the other lane, to place my order. 2 minutes later Laura showed up at my car window and seemed irritated at me and took our order and half way through the order started talking to another associate. She did not read back our order, or ask if I wanted a receipt and didn’t say thank you. Our order was totally wrong. Maybe Laura was having a bad day. This is by far the worst experience at this location. Thanks for listening.
The food and service were excellent, even between 1-2 pm. It was extremely busy. My only complaint ever has been with employees working out schedules while discussing coworkers and what they thought of them. I worked in fast food and I get it but isn't there a break room? If not, definitely spend the money on one in each of the stores. This isn't the 1st time I've ended up seated next to complaining employees. I have enough stress and would enjoy my dining experience much more without theirs. If the dining room is empty go for it but when it's 3/4 full isn't the time for you to discuss fellow employees in front of customers just trying to have an enjoyable dining experience.
I love this chick FIL a just as with any others always accurate, quick, hot and fresh food, delicious chicken nuggets fries and sauce!! My picky kid will eat here and she likes that you can replace the toy in kids meal for an ice cream cup. Also the chocolate chip cookies are amazing as they have oats in them and they come hot fresh and melty so way better than other fast food cookies.

I love Chick Fil A. The chicken is great. Unfortunately this one is not up to the same standards. I've had some wrong orders and waited longer here than most of the other Chick Fil A restaurants. The drive through loop is insane here and intersects with incoming traffic.
Chic-fil-a is delicious and the employees are very kind! There's an older gentleman who works inside cleaning tables. He's always so friendly - we love getting to say hello to him!
I thought Popeye's had the best crispy fried chicken sandwich until I tried the one at Chick-fil-A. I'm not kidding. Do as I have done and I bet you'll agree with me. Overall - Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food place and I like how everyone is so respectful.
I stopped in yesterday (2/19) to meet a family member for a quick lunch. The place was SLAMMED as always, however, the staff were as efficient as ever. I am writing this review because I witnessed something that touched my heart - a genuine act of kindness, done so discreetly and empathically that all parties had their dignity and it was simply a moment of human-to-human connection. One of the managers was kindly circling the restaurant tables, asking if customers needed refills, or additional condiments, etc. I overheard her ask the man seated directly behind me something similar to - "Taking a rest? Can I get you something to eat?" I didn't hear the exact conversation or his response, but she replied quickly and quietly, "Its okay, I'll bring you something." She fed him. I wish I had been paying close enough attention to have noticed him and thought to do it myself, but I'm so grateful he was seen and cared for by this CF manager. Finally, I am going to try to be in the world in less busy/distracted ways and pass along your kindness to someone else because you've inspired me. Thank you!
The Best except wanted I FF and 1 Mac and cheese they gave 2 Mac and cheese! I wanted to bring back In with receipt! My friend preferred to just let it go. But you Cant beat ChicFilet!
Worst experience ever on 2/8/22, I went w my friend to go buy chick fil a. I’ve never had an issue there before. That night I got my order taken and everything and when we pulled in to pick up our food and pay, briana gave us dirty looks and a attitude. There were two other boys there too, the one boy who was waiting for the second payment method was loud when he said ma’am second payment method and the other boy who was inside was laughing and said hi and my name and he did it on purpose for some reason. But they were very rude and briana kept rolling her eyes. If you don’t like where your working then you may as well just find another job or stay home. We didn’t even get straws for other drinks and I asked first and they ignored me and then my friend asked and instead Briana and the boys started talking. The attitude wasn’t needed at all. I hope this is talked about with her because it was very rude and not necessary. I’ve always had a good experience until that night.
