Staff are definitely not real Chic-Fil-A staff that's for sure. They are not friendly at all!! Food was good but my son ordered a 4 piece strip meal and he got 2 strips and then nuggets. They never said one thing to him why that was. We ordered 3 other meals and they were correct. Went back to ask for a refill for our drinks and we stood there just waiting for one of the two girls working to acknowledge us. Finally the male came over and helped us. Definitely not one of the good Chic-Fil-A places.
This place is always understaffed at lunch time. One register, one person bagging (also doing fries) and by God there must be one or two people in the back. It took 20 minutes to get my food while on a lunch break from my work. Meanwhile there are literally ten other people waiting for their food. Those people are working their butts off. Schedule more people… it’s not the workers that are at fault. It’s whoever is making the schedule
We visited this location recently not once but twice and purchased salads as part of our order, we asked for NO eggs and cheese!!! Called back to bring it to staff attention and was told we would have a credit for future order, returned and no documentation for credit so we paid again. When I finally spoke to Ashley Saucedo who left early she alleged she worked the day of our first purchase and had NO memory of the call. Did Ashley have no memory because her and Her's team dropped the ball in both area... preparing our order correctly due to our food allergy or NOT respecting us because we are POC? Human error happens we understand nobody is perfect, but everybody should be treated with RESPECT and wrongs should be made right. This was our lived experience, oh did I state Ashley refused to give me her last name or the owner's name and most importantly she stated she did not know Corp's number, that I can get it through google! WOW, Wow, wow

Horrible service! waited 15 minutes for our order when there was no one in front of us at the store! ordered 2 drinks and 5 other items. we were in a rush so we got to the car and only had 4 items. freaking ridiculous that we paid $25 and 20 percent of the order isn't there! then the fries were inedible because they obviously need to change their oil

Chick-fil-A is our go to! It has the best food when you are in a hurry and looking for something yummy! The milkshakes are amazing! And the service you receive is above and beyond! Each employee is always so kind and helpful! You can tell they are treated with respect and appreciation and that goes a long way! We never have to check our order to make sure it is correct and I really appreciate that! Everything runs so smoothly! We'll done!

The drive thru last night was insane. Went into the lobby and it was empty. Quickly received our food. Issue was the chicken tenders. They were limp and felt under cooked. What is usually a stellar experience turned out to be a sad one. The staff, as usual, very good and helpful.
