Food is never at warm or hot as it should be. Drinks hardly ever filled to the top.
I know someone who works Herr. He has a speech issue. He was hired in November of 2021, the first week he worked 5 days...since then his hours have been consistently cut and he is now down to working 1 day a week. He is scheduled for 2 but for the last 2 Sundays he has been called off because "labor is high" but yet there was a girl working who wasn't even scheduled.We contacted the district manager who said she would look into it. We haven't heard anything from her.

I'm asking everyone that visit Burger King to start boycotting them due to the management doing this to this young man. When they needed help they hired him had him working 5 days a week starting in December 2021 when he was hired and only the passed few months they have him only working 4 hours per week. And today the only 4 hours he was to work this week was called and told not to come In due to labor cost with too many workers ???????really work a schedule fairly among your workers. After waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes, food was cold and the new whopper melt was a complete hilarious joke. Had to put it in the microwave when I got home smdh. The sandwiche is the size of a mcdouble from McDonald's. Totally disappointed with BK!
The quality at this location is terrible. Signature Whopper looks nasty. Flat, No tomato, little lettuce and almost no onions. Most kids don't care much about the fast food job but the manager MUST manage the restaurant. train and quality control. Not going back for awhile. Six months from now, there will be a new set of employee that may do a better job.

Burger King is Burger King. Expectations are already set when you go there. But the service is just awful! Maybe it's no people to work there. Manager needs to handle it. Wish I could give a better review. Really.
Ordered an impossible whopper, it was hard and dry, either sitting out or over cooked. I returned it right away, the replacement burger was not what I ordered and again it was hard and disgusting.
Huge line but moved pretty efficiently. Would be nice if both lines were open. Overall a good experience.
