I went this evening before work to get a sandwich for dinner....I ordered the rodeo burger and with cheese....I wanted 6...for my co-workers.....when I got to work none of the burgers had cheese..??.....so if u know me yes I called them up and told the manager they forgot the cheese.....long story short...they made it right and even delivered the burgers to me at work.....that was outstanding on there part....they didn't have to do this but they did.....goes o show there are still people out there that show pride and care for their jobs....go Burger King.
Fries were just made and wonderful.I prefer Burger King to McDonald
The girl at the counter was nice and that was the only positive part of this experience. She rang is up for shakes because she didn't know the shake machine was down. The manager wouldn't just give us the refund in cash and said it had to go back on my debit card but instead of refunding just the shakes she refunded the entire order ($29) and charged us again for the rest of the food($22) and told me to expect the refund to my debit card in 3-5 business days. As if that wasn't distasteful enough, I took my food to the table and the cheese on my whopper w cheese was on top of all the lettuce tomato onions and pickle, so the cheese was ice cold and solid.
No milkshakes. Seems to be a common thing in bk. Help was nice
Very short handed - but the one manager, female in drive thru in the evenings, is SUPER nice although she is OVERWORKED. Also nice and polite. Just need more workers (like everyone else) to have better food. She is the reason I return to this location though!
The WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL lady who said she was the manager and refused to give her name or her manager’s name probably because she didn’t want a complaint against her. She was yelling at me and hung up on me, clearly, very UNPROFESSIONAL!! She even said I should go to Denny’s instead so I took my business elsewhere as she suggested. Burger King should know that she is losing business because of her!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went through the drive through for lunch on September 25th at 12pm and the woman taking orders for the drive through was extremely rude to my husband. She was talking to him in a very rushed monotone voice as he placed our order. My husband kindly asked that she treat him like a human and not be so rushed and short with him and she got super rude and said she doesn’t have to serve us and to leave !!!! I will never go to this Burger King ever again. Worst drive through experience ever.
Dining inside was closed, our whoppers were cold, fries were luke warm...you can't get decent fast food unless you eat at Chick-fil-A!!
The lady working the drive thru got nasty while we were placing our order with nothing but a rude "okay!?!" With every item we had said then when asked why she was yelling at us. She became irate and wouldn't give us her name and threatened to call the cops on us for trying to get her name. She began name calling then got mad when she got it in return. Just give up on burger King in general anymore because the customer service is the worst.
I get staff shortages but WOW! She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a drive thru!!We usually prefer Burger King over other fast food, this was the worst ever! The burgers were COLD. Like not even a little warmth in the meat. And they messed up our order.
