Everytime I give this location my money = it's NOT worth it!! They always get the food wrong no matter how long u have to wait for it. Then most employees I've dealt with are RUDE and LAZY.Its ridiculous...this location needs new employees.
Just heard. Burger kings are staying open in Russia. The corporation will not shut them down. Not even temporarily. I understand most are privately owned. But the corporation can pull their licenses or stop supplying them. THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR THIS PARTICULAR PLACE IN VIRGINIA... I AM JUST NOT EVER EATING AT ANOTHER BURGER KING TIL THEIR CORP DO THE RIGHT THING.
Winchester,VA Burgerking seems to always close early!! Went there again tonight at 11:45p, suppose to be open till 12a. But NOPE already closed. They was inside still but only cleaning, wouldn't answer the speaker or window. The foods not been great lately their either so McDonalds it is !!
This location has improved. Fast service, food is hot. Much better than last year.
The woman that was manager at 12:30 pm on 1/24/2022 needs customer service training! I was placing my order at the drive through and she went off on me. My order went this way: #2 with cheese, large. Before I could finish what I wanted added and removed from my sandwich, she got in a hurry and asked me what I wanted to drink. All I said was “I’m not done yet” she got upset. I didn’t even say it in a mean way. After she got upset I told her not to get “pissy” and she called me “rude”. I’m 69 years old and want to finish my sandwich order before I forget something. I have been a regular customer at this Buger King for the past 3 years but that shouldn’t matter whether I’m a 3 year customer or a first time visitor. Customer service that bad is uncalled for and not good for business! I will not be back! You lost a steady customer. I’ll go to the Burger King off exit 317 which is actually closer to where I live.
The whopper had more mayonnaise than anything! Fries were fresh and very good
Just came through the drive thru. We had Tiffany wait on us. She was rude and very unprofessional. You can tell this lady clearly hates her job. ( or just people in general) We ended up having to come back because we were missing food. The food was cold and a medium fry should consist of more then six fries. We also asked for onion ring sauce and of course got none. If I was you I would be doing some major retraining in customer service. We won’t ever be back. I also will be contacting your corporate office. Since we are a state office we require having a receipt. But of course no receipt was given even when asked.

The drive thru was awful and rude. I ordered 2 full meals with milkshakes and they messed up my order so bad that my boyfriend only had a milkshake and fries and I only had 4 chicken nuggets. I’m actually so amazed on how a place can be this bad.
