Need to find a new distributor for chicken wings. For the past 3-4 visits, wings are small with no meat.

I am disappointed to leave this review - I would come here often during college years & I revisited after a long time today. A COCKROACH crawled on my table while eating!! VERY disgusting. I hope the owner is actually having this building treated regularly for bugs, because it was certainly not displayed today. The food was prepared correctly, however I will not be returning here after that. I made sure to let their waitress know to notify their management.

My wife ordered food at 1 pm for pick up at 5:10 pm we get there at 5:15pm and there is a 45 minute wait for pick ups. Last time I ever order or eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again. What’s the point in having a pick up time set if you can’t meet it, Classic case of Bad Management

This fried chicken sandwich compares to Popeyes chicken sandwich. With out the drive thru or fast food feel. Trey the bartender gives excellent service!

Nice looking from the outside, average Bdubs on the inside. Pretty crowded which was nice and the food was normal. As always I'd recommend the Carolina Reaper sauce on the wings as it is the hottest I've been able to find anywhere.

I ordered food for 5pm. I arrived at 5:15pm. My order was ready and when they handed it me they usually show me the food. This time the boy didn’t. So, on the counter I looked and the fries was missing. I told the boy he said yes they are boxing them up. So 10 minutes go by no fries. I ask the boy again he said they are making them. So finally at 5:41pm I received my fries. He handed me my bag again. My food sat out for a bit on the counter. So it was getting cold. I checked my bag one more time. The coleslaw was missing. I told the boy. He said we are out. I said I paid on line so I need something to replace it or a refund. He said hold on. He went the back and brought me out 2 containers of dry cabbage. He said it is missing the dressing we are out. I said what am I supposed to do with that. I ask for a replacement or refund. The manager came out ask me my info said she refund coleslaw. Never once did the boy or manager apologize at any point!!!

Great service and atmosphere. Very loud as it was a Sunday afternoon with multiple games on. Food was good.

Thank you to our waitress Raven who helped salvage our lunch when my daughter suddenly decided it was too loud and we had to leave. She loves the food... But never actually ate in before. So Raven helped us quickly pivot to a take out order, and made sure we had everything we needed to go eat at the park instead. Of course we be back... For more take out. ??

The Winchester location take out is a total joke. I did a mobile order and it said it would be an hour for it to be ready. Perfectly fine until I get there to get my food. I arrive and go in just for them to tell me it will be another 50 mins. When asked why they didn't call to give a heads up their excuse was " I'm not sure why we didn't." Then they said they would refund my money but had no way to show proof of the refund. One waitress came up and interrupted and said " This isn't tractor supply we don't give refund receipts." Um excuse me go do your job so others don't have to wait 2 hours for some food. I called 3 business days later and the manager states its been put in the system and sent to the return department. I then call again today just for another manager to tell me it has never been put in and they will put it in now. Definitely do not recommend. Staff and Managers are rude. The only nice person I spoke to is the gentleman manager.
