Went with my dad in Virginia, the restaurant was open but none of the staff was doing their job. We sat in the takeout line for 20+ minutes unable to order because the staff were just standing around. You could see through the entire restaurant to the counter and see that workers were standing and talking with each other (none of the lights were on and the doors were locked). It was well within their open hours.
My first time at a Bojangles, I enjoyed the food.
So happy that I didn't have to wait until I drive down South for Bojangles. This is the 2nd Bojangles I have eaten at up in NOVA. The other one was in Sterling. The fried chicken, biscuit, and sides are delicious. My pup, Lola, loves Bojangles fried chicken. Customer service was good... polite but lack the welcoming feeling I consistently get from the central VA to SC locations. Maybe it is the DC metropolitan attitude.
I hadn't eaten at Bojangles in over 25 years and that used to be one of my favorite places to have chicken well it still is and it is going to be a special place again because it's an hour away and I am going to drive that hour to come and get chicken because it is the best not just because they make it fresh every day it is the people that work there you made my wife and my visit special. You can't get that at Popeye's and K F C near where I am in Hagerstown. The chicken is in my opinion the best because of its freshness and the biscuits you will have to try for yourself just as my wife did they are out of this world! Thank you mama for putting this Bojangles store in my path on the way to picking up our new boat.:-) Thanks again everybody at Bojangles see you soon
I went through the drive thru and spent $38.24 on 3/1/22 and it was the worst chicken I have ever gotten there. Dry and hard like it had been sitting for several hours.
The food is good, first time eating at Bojangles they just so happen to be one of the only restaurants open during a snowstorm I figure I was probably the last person through, All the sides were good all the chicken was good crispy biscuits delicious everything’s Cajun nice little spice to it I recommend this place over any of the KFCs in Northern Virginia.
Very ignorant district manager I come here a lot to get breakfast or lunch and then I’m told I am not allowed on property at all is that how ur gonna treat a paying customer threaten to call the cops on top of it u all need a new district manager
Good chicken need a good hot sauce
We dont have them in Glen Burnie Md. I love there Rice and Red Beans. Each time we come through they are closed. Not this time
First time for wife to try Bojangles, we had breakfast and loved it. Definitely recommend love the chicken sandwich with pimento cheese. Fast friendly service.
