First of all, BEST BAGELS!!! Lenny is one of a kind, and I really enjoyed our conversation while waiting on THE BEST BAGELS! Go here, don't be put off by the signs; Lenny's just a straight shooter. Just order a bagel, and you won't be disappointed. I mean, look at our pictures; we are happy people because of Big L's! We'll be back for sure!

I’m a bagel snob, but Big L’s never disappoints! Ordering is easy and the customer service is superb.

A very big thank you to you all sharing her good work as an expert in crypto and forex trade option. Thanks for everything you have done for me, I trusted her and she delivered as promised. Investing $500 and got a profit of $5,500 in 7 working days, with her great skill in mining and trading in my wallet. Sandra Billy company line: ... Just Horrible! We stopped here while passing through Winchester in hopes to have a decent bite to eat before getting back on the road.We were greeted with a ( what do you want) instead of a hello. I didn’t realize trying to order food was such an inconvenience to a food shop owner. This D-Bag is a horrible representative for your city. We left with no plans to ever drive through Winchester again.

Seriously the best bagel ever. My seven year old agrees. The owner prefers text or online ordering, I imagine to keep it simple and because the area for customers to stand is small. A few people were huffy puffy about this and left, which is silly. Just be respectful of local business owners. The bagels are amazing and the service is lightning fast. Fantastic breakfast.

I have been regular here for over a year. I greet big L by name every time i enter this shop, and would consider myself known by L... I AM EXTREMELY SAD TO TELL YOU that i will not be returning here EVER AGAIN. Long story short i watched a young couple (guy and girl maybe 20 years old) come in and politely ask if they can have a bagel with cream cheese. Big L takes locals orders who he knows if they have a small or quick request he does it for me all the time, and he asked this girl she was “uneducated or illiterate” because she “clearly couldn't read the signs” he was so rude and blunt to such a young polite couple that it turned me off to his spot forever. He told them “he didn't need their business and wouldn't beg for it”(guess he wont miss my business) as if taking an order is begging for business... i have no words for this it threw me off and was EXTREMELY uncomfortable to witness. Big L please just be cooler you gave horrible vibes. And i hope you realize you have driven customers away by being this rude. You can convey a message other ways than being nasty.EDITI would love to see you respond to this , i see you respond to other negative reviews but how can you justify this behavior?

The "best bagel in the world" claim had me go out of my way to try! I have to say, he provided a product that lived up to his claim. Super cool guy aswell. thank you!!

Last time I went was before covid and it was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere, the food, the decor. Just brought my girlfriend here for her first time this morning, was greeted by the signs on the door and was initially thrown off, but I was quickly able to decipher that I needed to order online and only go in when my food was ready. Food was just as fantastic as I remember. The owner is a very nice man who asks very reasonable requests to keep his business running smoothly in these difficult times. Maybe those who don’t like how he runs his business should keep their opinions to themselves.Thank you for the bagels!

Don't let the reviews discourage you. If you follow the instructions and order ahead you won't b disappointed! Noone compares! Perfect every time! And always a friendly welcome with smiles. I always order the main event but I'm sure all are just as delicious ?

When I walked in, the guy was standing right behind the counter but basically refused to take my order in person and said I had to order online. I get that the QR code thing is trendy but when an employee is standing right in front of you it feels rude and lazy. Food wasn't even that great, he must have put my sandwich in an incinerator because the bagel was burned.
