I ordered a 4 for 4 with a jr bacon cheeseburger. After we got our food there was no bacon. We tried telling them but they said that the jr bacon cheeseburger only comes with the $5 biggie bag, not the 4 for 4. The cashier was very rude about this, we even spoke to the manager and she said the same. She also wouldn't give us a receipt. Won't come here again.
This 1 star is being generous as of today April 19th 2022 the people working this location are a joke they only have the kiosk open to order their not taking any cash and it seems as if they can't even read the orders from the kiosk a person with no arms can make food faster than these people its pathetic so to anybody coming here good luck
The employees are beyond nice. They are so friendly and it is a pleasure to stop here. Food is great!
Drive through is fairly quick and the staff is quick and friendly. The manager is friendly always make sure the order is correct before handing it to the customer. Food is what you would expect from them.
Open the lobby for mobile order pick up!!!!!! And definitely don't get an attitude with people who are visibly a rightfully irritated with having to wait for a mobile order in a drive thru the entire point in a mobile order is to AVOID wait times. And don't say your doing the best you can your struggling......really your doing 1 order at a time.
Quit advertising that indoor dining is available. The only Wendy's that is open for dine in is Monticello from 11-2. That is a great location people. This store is a joke.
If you wanna feel rushed, have your order shoved in your face and be questioned about what you ordered by having the staff say “You told her you wanted a vanilla one not a chocolate” then you’ve got the right spot!2 people at the drive thru including my self and they act like it’s the end of the world and they have to have you out of there as soon as possible.As other people have mentioned the staff acts inconvenienced at having to take your order or even handing it to you, and don’t even think about asking to place 2 different orders because they will give you and attitude and say “Really?”Ohh and my wife said they Diet Coke tastes weird… so yeah.
The service and food are hit or miss but it's convenient. There's a few good employees but most act inconvenienced by having to take your order and make your food. The manager is great and when she's around things seem to run smooth.
Advertising hot crispy fries, well they were Luke warm and far from crisp. The burgers were also just warm.
Worst ever. Ordered through the app so we could skip the line (the only reason the app exists). When we arrived and parked in the mobile order spots they wouldn’t come out and said we had to go through the drive through. Incredibly rude and waisted 30min sitting the the car.
