Placed a mobile order and app crashed repeatedly. Went in to ask if they got my order and an employee said no. Ordered similar items and gave my name to which the employee said "oh did you place a mobile order?" Mobile order wasn't correct, either. Manager got irritated with me for holding up the line and not wanting to pay twice. Then another incorrect copy of my order was ready...
This is a great wendys located near busch gardens. The food was fresh and prepared quickly. The dinning room doesnt open until 11

This is one of the better Wendy's I have fast service time it means they can move drive through very fast and get your order correct don't hesitate to get off the exit to go to this one
Always consistent fresh food. They even remember to salt the fries 90% of the time! Definitely recommend this one over Lightfoot or the two main ones in Williamsburg.

I eat here very frequently. The day crew is amazing and the food is always correct, hot, and quick. Don't go at night. Their night crew needs better accountability. I've had many orders messed up, and tonight I had fries that were so salty they were impossible to eat, like the entire salt lid came off on the fries and they decided to serve them anyway.
I got very sick after eating breakfast here. Slow moving employees as well!!I I will not be back.
I need to give the workers here a shout-out. The line was around the building and they were quick with our order and I had no issues at all. Probably the best Wendy's drive thru experience I've had.
