I normally like Wendy's but this Wendy's was very disappointing! The guy at the drive thru window was extremely unprofessional (even with the manager standing right next to him). The fries tasted like they had been out for hours. Were cold and just disgusting tbh. And after experiencing the service I chose not to complain to the manager to avoid any type of confrontation. Did not seem like they cared about their job nor did they take any pride in what they were doing. This store may need some upper management to help them get their stuff together. Unfortunately, I will never be returning to find out
Order was almost totally wrong and missing stuff. Couldn't take back because we were in middle of softball tournament and only chance to eat. Called later that day but was already home (40 miles). I just wanted to get reimbursed for the difference and what I didn't get ~$5 even if it was a gift card. Was told they don't do that. So WE don't plan on ever coming back or suggesting Wendy's and we do tournaments there all the time. ?
Only one of three kiosks for dine in were working, which they forced you to use in lieu of cashier entry.Ordered an iced coffee from the kiosk, but they don't sell that here. My wife had some customizations on her chicken sandwich which were ignored (including adding bacon which was for an added fee). They could not modify the kiosk orders, nor could they give you a receipt or refund.Overall, this is among the worst ten restaurants I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.
My boyfriend and I just left this location. The girl at the window was the rudest order taker EVER! If you don’t like your job, there are tons of people that will take it! Her attitude was disgusting and I refuse to patronize any place that talks down to their customers. I told my boyfriend to leave and we ended up getting our food from McDonalds down the road.
This Wendy's SUCKS!! They always get my order wrong and they've now sent me the wrong order twice when I've DoorDashed. Don't waste your time here. Drive a bit further down the road and go to Hardee's or McDonald's. I hate this location omg!!
I understand the employee shortage everywhere but it is really annoying when you sit in drive thru forever and your order is wrong. And contrary to their website we have not found a Wendy's that is open inside during lunch time in Williamsburg VA.
Got our order wrong. Advertise they are open inside from 11-2 that's a lie. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN THEN DONT SAY YOU ARE. Since our order was wrong we could have gone thru the line again. Oh wait that snother30 minutes.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. I was in line at the drive thru and I saw a worker (male) handling trash, then he walked over to the food area picked up two nuggets with his hand ( same ones handling trash ?) and ate it then used his hands again without a glove or washing, to pile my nuggets in a box ?. After that yes I was done and requested my money back.
They got order wrong, didn't bring drinks out. Extra fry order in bag. Those supposed wonderful fries?? NOT. Cold and soggy. Staff confrontational. Burgers cold and looked like they got run over by a truck. Disappointed.
I ordered a #4 medium with egg and cheese ? my food was warm not hot! I only had 6 potato wedges and I paid for a medium! This is on going!!! The Wendy’s on Monticello rode serve much better food! The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot!!
