Excellent Food. Presentation. Very Professional Staff, Beautiful atmosphere.

Birthday dinner for wife. Not crowded at all during the week. The bar was busy though. Wife had ribeye which was good, cooked to nice med rare. Son had veal which he liked. I had the special, Covina (fish) and asparagus, which was excellent. We shared some desserts, mousse and a sorbet which were great but a little small for the price. Server, Hector I think, was attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for another special occasion.

This was the best food I have had since I’ve been in Virginia!!! We had calamari appetizer that was cooked to perfection with a dried tomato sauce drizzle..YUM! Fresh and deliciously light and crisp! Entrees of sea bass with shrimp, hollandaise with grilled asparagus…also cooked perfectly! Moist and fresh! The lobster crab cake with a green onion vinaigrette was crisp but full of white crab meat and lobster! And to finish. A light lemon basil sorbet! Very fresh and homemade. The other dessert was a Nutella filled bombolini with caramel sauce..Heaven!!!! The food was plated artistically and a feast to the eyes! Worth every penny! Excellent staff as well, very friendly and attentive

Asked if the sea bass was filleted, answer was yes. All bones, hardly any fish, $45. Overpriced and stupid. 3 people, $245. Yes, included 4 alcoholic beverages. Will not return in this lifetime.

Went here on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. Had the hummus plate and the Brie & Apple bruschetta, both very good. Had the Empress Gun based "Below Deck" cocktail, very good. Went with the soft shell Crab special that day, it was okay; not a lot of flavor to the dish. For dessert Had the fruit tart and hubby had a neat Grand Marnier. Over all ver nice place, staff were friendly and checked in just enough. Our waiter Hector was amazing and so nice, offered to take pictures for us and gave us tips to get the best photos of our food!

This was our first time here and we absolutely LOVED everything! The appetizers, entrees, and dessert were all better than we could've hoped for and cooked to perfection by the kitchen. The Triple Chocolate Bread Pudding was incredible. The service was perfect and we were checked on multiple times to ensure everything was as it should be. We've definitely found a new favorite spot!

Sat next to the fireplace in a little cove, was quiet and lovely. Our dinners were salmon, scallops and bouillabaise..all were delicious! We had a new server who was ok, she has a lot to learn. All around very good.

We stopped by here for a late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon on our way to Virginia Beach. The place was not very full when we arrived so we were seated immediately. We were not hungry enough for a heavy meal so we ordered appetizers instead. We enjoyed a bowl of She Crab soup (no cups served here), a lunch special Quiche, Meatball & Goat Cheese and the Croquettes. I agree with the reviews of the She Crab soup, I found the soup tasty and delicious, but lacking enough crab meat. The Quiche and the Meatball & Goat Cheese was the better of the appetizers we ordered. The Croquettes were good but I would not order again. We have not had before, but I think it could have been cooked longer. They were very savory but too mushy in consistency for us. The prices are on the high side but the food was very good, as was the service. We did not wait long for our order to arrive. This is a classy place which we would recommend.
