Had a platter of chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. Chicken was ok, pulled pork had no sauce, so was bland. Brisket was mostly fat. Service was ok. I’ll eat elsewhere next time.

We just moved to Williamsburg, and are slowly trying to support local business. Stopped by tonight and picked up a pound of the pulled pork. OMG... my daughter and husband loved it. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

Rocco’s was FANTASTIC! Adam was a perfect server. As we were seated individual warm cornbreads we’re placed on the table. He listened closely and filled our order just as asked. The food arrived immediately and were DELICIOUS and generous servings. We left happily full with to go boxes of leftovers and sweet tea! Don’t miss this while in Williamsburg!

My husband wanted barbeque for dinner and this restaurant was recommended as one of two places by the front desk at our hotel. We (3) ate on a Sunday night, about 8:00. There was a very short wait, maybe 5 minutes. Our server, Ralph, was personable and attentive. The food was good and reasonably priced. We do not eat bbq often, so I cannot say how it compares generally. The beans and potato salad were fantastic. I had the house Sangria, which was absolutely wonderful.

We really enjoy stopping in when we visit Williamsburg. The pulled pork platter is very tasty and quite filling. I had fries (which were hot from the fryer; a plus for me) and the smoked beans. Ms. Vicki had the collards and the smoked beans which "were amazing."

We have been getting our bbq at a nearby competitor since moving to Williamsburg and have never had a bad meal or complaint of any kind. But we thought we’d give Rocco’s a try. Never again. We did take out which was ready as soon as I arrived. The pulled pork bbq was pretty good, the sausage was barely ok and the brisket, wow. The platter had two strips of brisket that were 1/4 in thick and the strips had been cooked on the grill. It was obviously cooked this way. My Sperry topsiders with sauce would have been better. I sent them a private note and got no response so I decided to post this review. This could have been corrected immediately if we did dine in but when you drive 20 minutes one way, it’s not reasonable to go back. So we won’t. Sorry Rocco’s.

My husband and I went here for the first time, and we intend to go back any time we visit Williamsburg. In fact, we may go back this week before we go home because it was that delicious . My husband thought the brisket was the best he ever had, and my pulled chicken was amazing too. Our sandwiches and French fries were piping hot. Despite their being short on servers, they did not skimp on service. Our server, Eric, was so attentive and provided great service. Even Rocco pitched in to help by clearing tables and helping to serve. He is such a nice and friendly man! They also have great desserts. My husband got his favorite, limoncello mascarpone cake.

Loved Rocco’s when we lived in Williamsburg 2017-July 2021, & now that we are tourists, could not visit without eating here. Absolutely the best tasting beef brisket in the area. Mr. Rocco always on site, this visit behind the bar, & our server, Preston, was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Will stop here again on our next Williamsburg visit.

Rocco's is always good BBQ and service with something for everyone. great menu selection and you can't go wrong with any of the BBQ

We stopped in to Rocco's for dinner after a day of travelling. We chose it because it was across the street from our hotel, and we were too tired to go any further. The exceptional service and delicious food was a happy accident! We are seniors and have small appetites, so one order of brisket with a couple of extra side dishes was more than enough for both of us. There was no gluten free menu but I had no trouble finding something to eat that was gluten free. (All meats and sauces are gluten free). I did not have a reaction.
