Always good with great customer service. BUT WAAAAY TOO COLD in there
Terrible location. Long wait and rude staff. Placed an online order that took 40 minutes, the employees didn’t care about My order or the 10 customers waiting to place orders and my order was incorrect… ordered and paid for extra chicken and extra dressing and received neither on my salad.
Food is always good but the staff is always rude when I come. My husband and I love smoothies so we go often and every time the manager and other workers act like we are ruining their day by being there. I have even tried to be extra nice and ask how their day is going and I was met with grunts and “it was better until you walked in.” Not sure what I did to ruin her day but since then I always try to leave as fast as possible.
Veggie wrap is delicious and guilt free easy quick tasty meal
Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and they literally gave me a tortilla stuffed with lettuce and a tomato. The tiniest shred on chicken in the very bottom. tried to call them and no one will answer. So I’m just sitting here staring at all this lettuce hungry lol. I order here all the time so I’m super bummed.
Food decent.Dear Management: stop being cheap and replace your toilet and upgrade your bathroom for a better customer experience.
We ordered wraps and sandwiches for the office. There was an error in our order but the store manager quickly corrected it and everything was ready in time. The food was excellent and the service was top notch!

This location was okay. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. It was very poorly wrapped and was falling apart as I ate it. Usually this wrap has a decent amount of rice and beans which help the wrap to be more filling. The majority of this one was lettuce. They also forgot to add chicken to my daughter's quesadilla. Since they didn't give us the receipt, they had to spend time searching the computer to see if they had charged is for what we ordered, while my toddler was sitting there without her food. They did take it back to put chicken on it. They also use a portion of the dining area for a break room for their employees. Therefore we overheard some interesting and borderline inappropriate conversations. One of which was punctuated by "what are they going to do, fire me?". This statement is definitely concerning when I am eating what you just cooked. I am just hoping they weren't referring to what we were eating. I do not plan to return to this location.
Smoothies were very good, but at this particular location we had to get the young man to remake one of the drinks. He made it too sweet.
