We had a great time at the Pancake house a truly flavorful and fun experience thanks to our server Michael. Him and all the other staff were extremely polite and worked hard to give us an amazing experience.

Very unique breakfast place. Had the French Toast Melt (special) and the Breakfast Burrito with queso. Both were delicious! Definitely recommend.
This Restaurant is TERRIBLE and have poor customer service! There appears to be a lot of RACIAL UNDERTONE at this restaurant! It appears that African American customers are served last at this restaurant! This restaurant speaks to most African Americans in a very DEMEANING and DISRESPECTFUL manner! The restaurant manager is not very empathetic towards the American culture (nor does he care)! As a former longtime resident of Williamsburg, VA, this is not how the community operates! I am very upset with this Resturant and I will eat elsewhere in the future!

I noticed as soon as I walked in, that the place wasn't really all that lively, and that this restaurant was severely understaffed. The decoration was quite bland, and this was a visibly cramped atmosphere. My family ordered coffee, which we had to wait about 30 minutes for our cups to be refilled after finishing the first round. From the time we ordered, my family and I waited about 45-50 minutes for our food to be brought out; during this time, four tables of people who had been seated AFTER us had all received their meals. The food was alright; however, it was nothing special and my scrambled eggs had become cold by the time my food was brought out. There are a lot of better options for pancake houses one could visit during their time in Williamsburg.
Good breakfast spot!There are a ton of breakfast options that sit along the path I and out of Williamsburg. Each has something special that makes it worth a stop.The Smokey Griddle is a good, authentic diner. The staff was very nice and attentive, and the food was good and very fairly priced.I ordered sausage gravy, and my wife ordered the French toast with fruit. Both tasted very good!I'd definitely stop here again
Always amazing food! Better than Cracker Barrel! Perfectly cooked bacon, tasty biscuits and gravy, and the home fries - don’t even need ketchup. Friendly staff! If you are. In the area you have to stop by!!
Breakfast here was good. The French toast sandwich wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was still pretty good. The eagle quesadilla was different but still enjoyable. Nice portion sizes.
