YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BIG SCOOP! We were actually heading to another ice cream shop and just happened to notice TBS (Great abbreviation, you’re welcome). We stopped there and got what I recall was Blue Panda. It was delectable, and we will definitely be returning. Friendly and helpful staff, can’t say enough. Always more ice cream. Also I’m review #100. What do I win?
We LOVE The Big Scoop! The staff is always amazing and friendly and everything we’ve tried has been delicious! My fave is a classic chocolate shake and the kids love the Italian ice!
My son has peanut, tree nut, and egg allergies. We rarely find an ice cream shop that is safe for him. After reading reviews a customer mentioned a she had a good experience with her peanut allergy and another reviewer mentioned Dole Whips. I called to make sure they carried Dole Whips (safe for my son) and when she asked, “Would you like to hear the flavors?” I was completely in shock that there were 8 flavors! We ran right over! The shop is clean, the ice cream flavors are unique and delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Being from Michigan, I really enjoyed the Pothole ice cream! ? We will definitely be back every time we visit Williamsburg! Thank you for a wonderful treat!
Visiting Williamsburg for a dog show and I always look for ice cream shops. This place is close to the hotel. The ice cream is good and let me tell you, when they say Big Scoop, they mean it! The young man in the pink swim shorts helped us and he was cute and pleasant. Will probably come back tomorrow!

Fun, bright, & clean. I love the open atmosphere giving you plenty of room to look at all your desert options. All the employees are very attentive. They welcome you once you enter and are always very patient while you make your decision.
