THIS TACO BELL IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I googled the hours before going. Drive thru was 8am, fine in was 10. I sat in the drive thru (behind another car) for almost 10 minutes. No one came. It was 11. I went to leave and saw what appeared to be someone else ordering so I tried again with still no luck. I got out and I confirmed the hours on the door. I knocked, I could see people. I was ignored. The car in front of me also stopped at the pickup window - he was ignored. I pulled into the parking lot (to write this review) at 1115. And I car pulled up and more workers showed up. Either fix the hours on your door and online or get to work on time!!!
Was a rough night for the team at Taco Bell. It appeared to be two employees running the store. They were out of all meat except chicken and were very slow. It took about 25 minutes to get our food after placing the order. They were out of several drink syrups and other items. When we got home, it seemed like they placed random food items in our bag. We received most of the order food and some substitute items. Definitely a crazy night.
Quick and tasty. We both got a combo so it wasn't inexpensive. It was competitive with other fast food places.
They mess up an order get called out on it. Then have the nerve to give old stuff it does not take 1 second to make food and had the nerve to say it was new. I didn't even ask for a refund the automatically assumed....terrible customer service
Do they have attitudes all time? I mean if they messed up an order it’s on them right? Why would you give me cold food or food that is incorrect….never again will I go there
Great Taco Bell, Great Service!I miss the old style decor from many years past but that somewhat recent exterior paint job is fresh! They finally fixed the huge pothole in the drive thru, Nice! lol. Still my OG T-Bell since growing up. From..."Yo Quiero Taco Bell!" Years...To "Think outside the bun", to "Live Mas".Accurate, Fast, Tasty!Feed the Craving Baby! One of the only fast food places in town that reliably has indoor dining all day. Very appreciated when so many others are still drive-through only.The food has always been great at this location and the atmosphere inside is good, retro but not dated. Touchscreen ordering inside is another plus.
Pulled up to the drive through at 7:30pm on a Thursday and was told that they were only accepting online and door dash orders. They refused to take my food order and I was forced to go somewhere else. This is insane.
OPENS LATE: just a heads up they are short staffed and are opening around 10-11am.
