I placed a delivery order yesterday for a six inch sub and a chopped salad. After a half hour of waiting, my order was canceled and I called the store. The woman that answered said that they canceled the order because they did not make chopped salads at this location. Said she and the delivery driver tried calling me and I did not receive any call whatsoever. I had to call the store myself. I just walked in five minutes ago and asked the kind gentleman working at the moment if they made salads considering I saw the sign as soon as I walked in. He told me yes so that tells me someone just didnt feel like doing their job that day. I’ll be ordering a salad again soon now that I know they actually make them. We’ll see what the excuse is next time.
I love the oven roasted chicken sub, no cheese and no mayo. But I am sad they cut out the Honey Oat bread. It's only honey wheat now.
Understaffed! 1 person working lunch on a Saturday! Had to 15 minutes until he completed putting online orders to place my in person order!
Love the service, always nice and the orders are always right. This family owned subway has been here since as far as I could remember and I always get excited every time I have time to stop by and grab a sub.

I would give a bad review. The lady that did our order didn't ask what size sandwich we wanted. And put my husband sandwich in a bag to toast it. They when my husband asked for lettus and other things to put on his sandwich she couldn't do that.

The lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. As she was making online orders. A I will be right with you would've gone a long way. My parmesan cheese bread was hard. Won't be visiting this Sub place again!
