Service was fine - but very dirty. Trash overflowing, grossest coffee shop restroom I've seen in a long time.
Justice and Lee Lee are grea; pleasant and make a great Cinnamon Dolce Latte! Girl at the register with the glasses, learn the difference between energetic and pushy.
I was leaving Walmart and decided to treat myself to Starbucks since I had some cash on me. I don't drink coffee often but I had a long work day ahead of me. This location is always friendly and the long line moves pretty fast as I always go through the drive thru. Since this is in a shopping center the drive thru is shaped a little odd and you have to be careful when pulling off.I pulled up to the window and handed the cashier my $5 bill. I had the change and was trying to hand this to her as well. Once she opened her hand she dropped the $5. I understand mistakes happen but it was the way she handled it. I tried to see if I could see the money so I could get out and she stated it was under the car. Still having her hand out for me to pay. She didn't seem remorseful or try to help me out as there was a long line and if I moved my car up the next car would move and this is a disaster for getting hit or causing an accident.I would've appreciated if she said sorry don't worry about it or came out to stop the other cars so I could grab the money. I paid with my card and pulled forward to get my car out of the way. When I tried to get out to grab the money the cars kept pulling up and there was no way for me to grab it.All in all it wasn't about the money but the way the cashier treated me and went back on her headset to take orders. I won't be coming back to this location.

Ahhhh the longer lines are here, everybody wants some tasty high end goodies.The Baristas work hard to get it right, and usually succeed
One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been in. Clean and the baristas are friendly and fast. Rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. They are now open inside too. There have been some supply chain issues of late, especially for food items - not their fault it’s happening at every Starbucks, so be prepared to be flexible. The baristas have been great at trying to work around the issues and create custom drinks to satisfy those cravings.
My drink was not made correctly & I did not ask for anything special, just a salted caramel cold brew. It tasted like straight espresso with a little bit of non fat milk whipped on the top. Also it took FOREVER!!
Still trying to figure out exactly how to order, but the great people there know what you want anyways and helpfully repeat your order back to you (the right way) without being rude or snarky about it. Eventually, with their help, I will be able to order like a pro. I also think that it is awesome how quite a few drive thru customers will put their change, and sometimes way more, towards the tabs of the customer(s) behind them; kind of a payitforward (payitbackward?) type of thing. Awesome!
Drive through can be very busy. Suggest always ordering ahead using the app. Even using the app while waiting in the drive through line can save time both for you and the people behind you in the line. Very courteous staff and have not gotten an incorrect drink. They can be very busy and food orders can be sometimes be a little late for in store pick-up.
