Very good as usual
The Target is great. The Starbucks is not. Last time I was here I paid for two drinks and the lady totally forgot the second drink. I thought it was random. Order same two drinks today. The second was a strawberry frappe for my kid. Same lady made a caramel frappe. Then to cover up the mess up she pours strawberry stuff on top. Totally yuck. I go here for the Starbucks with Target but I think we are going to start going to the Target and Starbucks in Newport News. This one isn’t worth throwing your money away at.
Always cheerful and kind
We came in at 8:25 and drove 25-30 mins to get there because the website says they don’t close until 9pm so we get there and we’re told there closed already so needless to say I’m pretty upset to have drove that far to be told there closed. The guys that work there said they were closed and it was only 8:25 the website said 9.
Our experience was fine. The cashier was friendly and our mochas were yummy.
Went this morning for coffee. Cashier was rude. I gave her a pass since it looked as if she was the only one working while training a new person. She tossed my muffin bag at me and gave me my coffees. I get down the road and realize, both of my coffees are wrong. Ordered one Venti Black coffee w/shot of espresso + Grande blonde roast w/ cream. What I got: Venti Pike Place with cream + Grande dark roast. The real reason I’m leaving this review: I take out my muffin and there’s several hairs on it.... Not worth the $11.

Great customer service! Great breakfast sandwiches. Love there ice coffee!❤️❤️❤️
Nice baristas and (usually) decent wait times
Expresso as usual- double shot so nice and strong and not sweet like all their other coffee drinks!Necessity rather than choice but at least they're reliably the same wherever you go!
