I’ve gotten drinks from this Starbucks quite often. The drinks are usually good and made correctly, although this time, it was out of everything we asked for. This last visit sucked. “Leo” was very rude and treated us like we were a bother. I didn’t realize the fruit on the counter was for children at the time, so I grabbed a banana to buy, so I could take my meds. Instead of explaining that to me, Leo said, “this is actually for kids, but ok.” I had already touched the banana, so I didn’t wanna put it back in the basket. It was very awkward.Afterwards, I do believe Leo was discussing us to her co-workers, as they were ALL staring at us. I am not one to allow things to bother me, but this whole situation was just flat out unnecessary. I do plan to write corporate.

Always consistent in drinks. They have a great selection of drink cups and mugs. The employees are super friendly!

Wasn't bad the brisca people couldn't get my coffee right three tries I finally said screw it and just took what they gave me

I don't know why we keep going back. Over priced and poor service

Disappointed in the slow service at a time when I was the only person in line. Ordered 2 cold brews and it took about 13 minutes for the 2 workers to complete thos task. The drink tasted watered down, so I will not order that drink from this location again.

I Generally love going to Starbucks and getting a drink there and always ask if Chase can make it. He is absolutely fantastic and puts his all into making the drink for you. However this morning when I went over there Chase was there he took my order as usual, and I asked him "if he could make the drink for me" he said sure no problem then the supposed manager interjected and started making it. I told her oh I did ask if Chase could make it. She then just blows up at me with oh Chase is busy doing other things? I'm sorry but doesn't he work at Starbucks and make drinks, I saw no reason as to why it mattered who I asked to make the drink. She then goes to say, the girls name is Janea and that she won't be disrespected and that I'm no longer welcome and needed to leave and not come back. I have never had someone be so rude because i asked for someone else to make the drink, and as a manager your job is to make the customer happy and descalate the situation, not to make it worse. I am assuming she has some bruised ego as I am not the only one who asks Chase to make my drink. Starbucks is not cheap and if I want someone specific to make it, it should make no difference. I would have waited if Chase was so busy as she said, which he wasnt. She then tells me that i had said that they dont make the drinks as good as chase does. Im sorry i dont see how that mattered in the conversation.I then ended up going to the target front manager and she was absolutely appalled that she spoke to Me like that. She then walkied Janeas boss and I started to speak to him about what had happened and next thing I know her the girl comes and interrupts the conversation I am having to add her two cents in. I asked the man I was speaking to who was very polite aside from Janea and her ranting if we could speak in Private, she continued and I had to say once again to speak to him without her there. It was absolutely unprofessional for a supposed manager to act like that and to speak to a customer like she was. After I finished speaking with him he went over and grabbed janea and took her with him to the store managerI honestly hope she either gets demoted or fired. She does not have what it takes to be a proper manager and I will never ever go there when she is there ever again.

It was perfect. A nice woman gave me a rewards card. So I am grateful for that. Merry Christmas..

Great atmosphere and drinks. Usually very busy, but that's Starbucks in general. People are friendly and store is clean and well kept

Set in this inescapable drive through for almost an hour with an app order waiting - asked them to remake the drink and rewarm the croissants and I get an attitude. No excuses for this bad service

We love Barns and Nobles. We take our two young grand children on the weekend. Great service and terrific employees. Wonderful books, magazines, and toys. 5 stars every time.
