We just got some late night drinks 4-16-22 and we where nice I asked the lady for no whip because I really hate it and the lady at the register drive through her name was Amy she handed me my drink and I said I'm sorry it was supposed to have no whip I said and she snatched it so hard she hit the tip jar and rolled her eyes and then had to hand someone else my drink to give to me we will definitely be back but probably not for a while she was very rude
The driver ks was good little more whip cream then the other Starbucks. In which was better.
I’m a naturally bubbly person. This morning I really felt like I wasn’t supposed to have been in this location. I spoke GOOD MORNING and the cashier just stared at me blankly. Only cheerful people I came across at this location was the woman who came in with us, and the gentleman who made our breakfast sandwiches. I honestly told my daughter I should’ve asked for refund, and took my money to another location. I pray they don’t make anyone else feel this uncomfortable.
Sad to say the staff this afternoon did not reflect the great service we are accustomed to. Closing early at 4:40 for inclement weather and didn't put the sign up so several of us were in a long line and had to back out. Why not put the sign up after the last car on line and take orders for people already in line.
Efficient cheerful service and Starbucks coffee - the perfect combination! Plus this location has outdoor seating and a drive-thru
Actually frustrated. I get there are lines but to skip the add on for 3 drinks is just intentional
Today I came in to pick up my mobile order and it wasn’t ready at the estimated time which is understandable. I was waiting inside for my drink specifically. The barista on cold bar was very unprofessional when speaking about my order. They did not know I was standing right there when they were talking about my drink. The comment was unnecessary and rude. As a former Starbucks Barista keep it to yourself next time. Everyone has a drink preference and certain amounts of pumps whether it’s chai, syrup or sauce.
This starbucks is one of the slowest starbucks I've been to. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes in line. It does not matter what time of day it is. There is always a wait.
Starbucks talks a good game about convenience. But this store doesn't hold up. It's the only one between me and work yet I rarely stop in because they are abominably slow. Once in the drive thru you can't get out and it can take up to am hour to get out. But today takes the cake. I ordered before I left home. The app said it would be ready by 8:38. When I left at 8:48 they still hadn't started my coffee when I asked about it they said there was nothing they could do. That's a $6.37 latte that I had to leave in order to make it to work on time. Thats ridiculous. Over 15 minutes to not have finished a seasonal latte which they are marketing for! No offer of a refund. There was no sense of purpose. I generally tip well on my coffees but not this time.
