The owner was nice and so was the waitress, but it took an hour and a half to get our food and most of it was cold when it came out. The chicken fingers were very good and the baked potato was also good. The prime rib special was cold and did not taste great. One of two ribeye steaks came out cold also. The owner apologized and adjusted the bill. Apparently the kitchen was backed up. If you go here stick to ordering the typical bar food which they do well.
Love the all you can eat crab legs! One of the few places I found in this area that offer that. Too bad the price keeps steadily increasing. Lots of wait staff and they're efficient and mostly courteous. Only problem this time was no one would answer the telephone when I called to make reservations. I called several times a day for 4 days straight and just kept getting a recording. I left messages and was never called back. The only way I was able to make a reservation was to make a special trip (30 mile round trip) to the restaurant and make reservations in person. Quite ridiculous!
This is our 2nd time eating here and the food was still just as good as last time but the onion ring were cold. They were pretty short on staff and due to that seating us was a problem
Great prices, food was pretty good as well. Waitress provided a solid recommendation to add a side of garlic parmasean sauce to go with the chicken wrap. Younger staff that still seems to be learning the ropes, so have a little patience with them. Overall pretty good experience for dinner after a long day at Busch Gardens.
Stayed nearby, went on a Saturday, had a great time. Wings are fantastic, service was on point. Liked it so much, we went on Sunday. 20 minute wait with 8 open tables, staff said the kitchen was overwhelmed. Hear another say it took 45 minutes for a table to get there food. It may have been a staffing issue? I hate it for them. I know it's tough
We were seated right away and asked for a special seat to see the television. Food was good as well as the service. I will try again
The food is good if you don’t mind waiting for an hour to get it. If you go on crab leg night, bring your own crackers because they always run out. Waitress was nice but for $38.99 for all you can eat crab legs that take an hour to get each order it is not worth it. Will not be going back unless if I have time to waist. Very disappointed.
Wish I could give no stars. My biggest complaint was the salad that was brought to the table, it had mold on it. The server proceeded to give me another salad and it also had mold on it. Me and my family will not be coming here again.
Had dinner here with my sisters for the first time and food was delicious. We each ordered something different so we could sample each item.....sweet chili chicken wings, steal city patty melt sandwich and fish n' chips. Atmosphere was nice. Family oriented.
We initially chose this restaurant because it was not far from where we were staying at Kings Creek Plantation. The reviews looked good, so we thought we would give it a try. Great choice! We were greeted warmly by the hostess as we walked into the door and show to our table by Kyle, our server. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and Kyle was enthusiastic and liberal with her recommendations. My daughter had a generously portioned club salad, but I settled on fish and chips. It was the best f&c I have had since I was in London. They even had malt vinegar as a condiment. Their menu is extensive, entrees ranging from burgers to filet mignon. They also had catfish, but I haven't eaten one of those since as a child I used to catch catfish with my daddy. Seeing it on the menu brought back fond memories. We were seated near the bar, but it wasn't noisy, just lively. It was a terrific place to people watch. Now, I'm a 75 year old grandmother with my (I won't give her age :-)) daughter, and we felt perfectly at home. We had hoped to go back for another meal, but, alas, we never did. If you do go, ask for Kyle as your server, order your favorite item on the menu, and be prepared to sit back and relax!
