Raymond at this location is absolutely amazing. I stopped going to Sonic because i have had so many bad experiences but the customer service this man displayed was superior to any experience i have ever experienced . He had extensive knowledge on the menu . He was extremely patient with my 90 year old grandmother and he was able to even tell us different items to try out that we might actually enjoy ( things we don’t normally get)
This place has zero customer service and is the slowest drive thru in town. The only take one order at a time and clear it completely before they take the next cars order. Then they hand you half an incorrect order because they forgot to make the drinks, while three employees stand around and do absolutely nothing. When you refuse to leave the window their action is to cancel the order you paid for and waited for 20 minutes in a drive thru, and this is what we pay $13.00 and hour for...would not spend another dime at this location!
Oh my goodness they have a bacon double cheeseburger on bread toasted... In my opinion, that's the most double cheeseburger with bacon and sliced bread ever... Kudos for Sonic ❤️
We had the worse experience at the drive throgh today at 1:02pm. We ordered two kid size milkshakes, an iced coffee, and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger and iced coffee was ready right away. However, 10 minutes later we were waiting on the two kid size milk shakes. We had our 22 month old crying in the back and thought because this is a fast food place, milkshakes would not take so long. We were sadly mistaken. When my husband requested his money back for the kid size milk shake so that we could leave magic happened, and the milk shake appeared 5 seconds later. We knew the milk shakes were ready and sitting there because the whipped cream was melted. The service we experienced was inconsiderate, and far from pleasant. This was not the first time we had to wait so long for a single order. Today just happened to be the worse. Therefore, we will no longer support this business.
Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. Extremely RUDE individual running the drive through. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt at first but it just became worse. We just left. I understand people have bad days but this was truly uncalled for.
I love coming to this Sonic because there is an employee that always tries to do something that will give the customers a smile, such as telling a joke or putting smiley faces on the shakes.
I haven't ate here in a couple years but the cheeseburger is not what I remember, it was gross and I threw most of it away. Also, the drive thru window is disgustingly dirty yet ironically has hand sanitizer on it.
I haven't been to a bad Sonic yet. They have great food, and the drive-in feel is still the best thing ever!
Service at this place is beyond exceptional!!! Server was beyond polite and I will definitely be coming back here!!!
