Staff was great but product is disappointing. No flavor in brown sugar drink, just milk. Boba is undercooked and dry, really upset because it was 7$ for a medium( really small) drink.
Had the mango jasmine tea with mango jelly less sugar- so good and refreshing during our walk on DoG street. Note, they only have two shakers so if there is an ample crowd, unfortunately you’re going to be waiting for a long while. Great drinks though!
We have been going here for two years and sad to say we were disappointed today. Quality of drinks are very low now. Both drinks were gritty and the tapioca was bad as well. We brought it to their attention and they said there was nothing they could do.
There is lots of options at Secret Garden, and their customer service is great! I asked what they recommend for kids and they were very helpful with that. I really enjoyed the Brown Sugar Boba tea. I really recommend going here for Boba.
Imagine coming to an ice cream and boba tea establishment on a hot summer day your hot sweaty and tired but it’s okay because I can come to secret garden for ice cream and boba tea right? Wrong! Not only did I have to wait in line for 20mins in a non air conditioned building surrounded by 50 people in a 750 sqft space and somehow the person behind me gets served before me but finally after the long wait and I finally order my frozen milk tea I get told by a rude cashier girl that their out and have nothing but regular tea. So I walked out. I highly recommend saving the trouble and just going to kung fu tea they won’t “run out “ of the drink you want and is a better establishment all around.
-Thai tea is sickeningly sweet, literally had to throw the drink away after three sips so I wouldn’t throw up-Boba isn’t cooked properly-Customer service is SEVERELY lacking-Ambience leaves much to be desired-No nut free options at all (not advertised)
I got a yogurt milk tea with extra boba and it tasted sour I felt like I wanted to puke I called up there and they said it’s Greek yogurt it’s supposed to taste like that I would not get that drink again
Coffee/ice cream was great and hit the spot but man they need some more help in this place. It took over 40 minutes to get my coffee with 2 employees working.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered my milk tea with regular sweetness and it said so on the label. When I got it it tasted like a zero level sweetness, I have gotten the same drink from here multiple time so I know what it was supposed to taste like, and this was such a variation someone messed up making it. I took it back to ask for a new drink with the normal “regular” sweetness and they refused even tho it had been made incorrectly. I would not complain if I had ordered incorrectly or misinterpreted the drink but because of my past experience and the label saying what I ordered I know it should have tasted differently. I didn’t want anything more than a drink made the way I paid 7$ for it to be made. Would not recommend coming here because you will suffer them not making the drinks correctly.
