I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with my granddaughter. She has multiple limiting allergies and our server (Kaitlynn) was very descriptive and helpful/informative of what she could and couldn’t eat, plus an allergen friendly menu. They had different desserts she could eat and a wide variety of entrees. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be going back soon.
We told our waiter we were pressed for time before returning to Colonial Williamsburg for the haunted tour and he made sure we got everything quickly without making us feel rushed. The food was good, I really enjoyed the Smokehouse Burger
Superb service and comfortable environment. The outdoor patio looked great on the cool sunny spring day.* Mashed potato ?: creamy and smooth 5/5 ⭐️* Lettuce wrap : the teriyaki chicken was quite salty, the slaw was good, cucumber ? tasted a bit spoiled, sugar snaps and noodles were fresh …. The sauces didn’t do much for the dish. The butter lettuce were mostly broken so it was hard to wrap. 3/5* Easter special bass - good balance of flavors with the fish and veggies. 5/5* Beef penne - pasta in a gravy like sauce. It was flavorful with mushroom and multi colored peppers ? 4/5* Basket of chips with pimento cheese dip - 4/5Nice sit down choice away from the crowded Colonial Williamsburg spots during meal time.

Actually, not the restaurant which was very good. The food was great and reasonably priced and the place seemed to be well run. What was the best was our server, Alexandra. Mrs. M and I were returning from a seven week trip to Florida and we had eaten at many restaurants and experienced lots of waiters and waitresses. The only one who hit it out of the park was our young server in Williamsburg. So young and yet so accomplished. Too bad she's probably about to graduate from W&M with a degree in International Relations. If that doesn't work out Ali you can wait tables anywhere.
Food was excellent! Had a salmon burger and my hubby had a hamburger. Both delish! Also had a side of their veggies. Well cooked and tasteful. Also had a very colorful and tasty cocktail called the Pearadise. Save room for dessert. We had the mixed berry tart with ice cream and the flourless chocolate cake. Both very yummy! Waiter was excellent! One of our favorite places in Williamsburg.
Did not have any expectations but was pleasantly surprised with everything about the restaurant. The menu had a lot of variety. The food had great flavor! The service was just right and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
Great tasting Plant-Based Burger! Excellent service from Jamie H. Very nice interior. The Plant Based Patty adds $4 to a $16/17 burger. I know that patty isn't double the price of the high-grade beef they use for their burgers, so I guess the price is for convenience. The total for a burger and iced tea was $24.
No call ahead seating or reservations - first come first servedIt is spring break for quite a few nearby states so the place is very busy. We had a late lunch here today so the wait wasn’t bad at all. We sat outside on a covered patio next to a pond with koi fish. The food was outstanding. Even the kid’s menu was good. The hamburger platter came with a garlic bread that was really good. The bread is light and the garlic seasoning is perfectly done. And then there were the french fries. I don’t eat french fries often because they are mostly not that good. But Second Street did it well.We ordered crab pile, baby back ribs and seafood bake. The dishes were well done. The seafood bake was slightly spicy with a twist of creole taste. The crab pile was large lump crab meat. Baby back ribs were fall off the bone tender. We were really full after the entrees but decided on dessert anyway. The mixed berry crisp and vanilla ice cream did not disappoint. It was a very nice lunch. Service was great too. Server was really friendly and attentive. Certainly will come back if I visit Williamsburg again.
PROBABLY BEST PLACE FOR LUNCH!!! THE FOOD WAS BEYOND PERFECT!!!We ordered the Main Street Burger, Salmon Burger, and Thai Shrimp. Every dish was so perfect! The price was ideal!Staff friendly!Very clean and chill vibe.Solid drink menu.WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! THANK YOU
