I ordered strawberry shake and I am dissatisfied the shake was too thin and not thick. $7.69 for 16oz is not worth.
I love my Rita's! I drove 45 min from Richmond to come get my ice.The owner is super friendly and I was supper happy with how fast he serverd everyone.If you are on the fence for any reason, just go. It's so good.
I will never come back here to Rita's in Williamsburg, VA. The owner is rude and I get a better experience with all the other Rita's within the immediate area. Shout out to Shore Side Drive, Newport News and Hampton, VA Rita's that always have amazing customer service with a smile. I rather drive further then spend my money here.
My brother and I came here’s almost every day while we were on spring break. The custard is delicious and the only person we’ve seen working here is super nice! Absolutely one of the best Rita’s I’ve ever been to!
Found the owner here a bit rude when I ordered a small ice, and when he came back with it and gave me my total I showed him the reward in my app for a free ice. He took my ice to the back and yelled something incoherent. He came back with a smaller cup and said the reward is only good with the kids size. Sorry, didn't know there was a smaller size than small, and the app didn't specify. The product is tasty, but Sno-to-Go isn't far either.
Ice and custard is great. We visit it almost every evening when we are in Williamsburg.

A summer must. Nice cold desserts for a hot summer day. They everything from gelatos, Italian ices, and ice-cream. I would recommend.
