Friendly service and a great cheesesteak. The cheese was melty but not stringy. Lots of Utz chip options and a variety of canned and bottled pop. Also canned alcoholic beverages. Not a whole lot of seating, but there are a couple tables outside. Easy parking.
These cheesesteaks are amazing! Good bread, tons of meat. Fries were plentiful as well. Colonial Williamsburg only had a bakery open, so this helped us overcome hunger.
I saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try. When we went it was moderately busy lunch time for a Sunday with mostly pick up orders. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes. But, when our food was ready it was hot. The customer service was excellent and the food tasted great. Since there is no soda fountain, there was a large selection of drinks to choose from kids drinks to adult alcohol drinks. My steak and cheese was filled with meat and, yes, there was lettus, tomato, and mayo in there. My daughter ordered a BLT. When she opened the box, I asked if she would like more sandwich to go with her bacon. The dine in area is not large but there were tables outside as well. There was parking but don't expect a place during busy times.
Very good cheesesteaks. We've had many from Philly and these are just as good. They don't skimp on the meat! Katie our server was very sweet and helpful. Google maps does not give you the correct directions to drive there. It sent us to a place to park 3 blocks away then walk. When in reality they have their own parking. Katie gave us directions on the phone and stayed on until she saw us
Rick's has consistently delivered great sandwiches and other bites at a reasonable price. Portions are generous so don't be sure if you have leftovers for tommorow. The turkey rueben is one of the best sandwiches you will find in the 757. The subs are gigantic and filling too. Quality service, really sweet people working there. Eat at Rick's!
We stopped by here on our way to Virginia Beach for a late lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. They were busy but service was fast and friendly. There was plenty of room inside to enjoyed the Cheese Steak subs and fries we ordered. The subs were large and very good! If you enjoy Philly Cheese Steaks you will enjoy these. The crinkle fries were were done also. The portion size is abundant and we took home half our order. Next time we will just do a Bacon Cheese Steak naked, no fixings. We highly recommend and develop be back. The young woman at the counter taking our order was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking also.
Rick's consistently offers the best in cheesesteaks. Although many restaurants say they offer Philly Cheesesteaks, this place gives you authentic Philly Cheesesteaks. They get their rolls from a NJ bakery and the taste is perfect. Staff is friendly and there's usually only a short wait. Not very big inside. Next to the William & Mary Bookstore.
I ORDERED 2 whole subs. 1 chicken philly and 1 beef philly. They were both delicious. The 2 subs were for 3 people. Everyone was happy and got to try them both. I will be going back soon.
Phenomenal little place with outstanding food. It may not be an authentic Philly cheesesteak wit wiz, if that is what you are expecting, but definitely comparable with the additional toppings available, hot peppers were an excellent addition. The lady taking orders was extremely courteous and showed a genuine hospitality for providing everyone with a great dining experience!
