Waitress was exceptional

This was the first time my wife and I have eaten at the Red Lobster and we were delighted with the restaurant.

My spouse is in a wheelchair. When we approached the door there were 5 high school aged teens gathered around the hostess stand. The doors are not automatic so we were having a difficult opening the doors and moving thru them. The teens stood there most of them watching us struggle. Then another customer that was inside realized our difficulty and he then stood up and helped us. These kids are more interested in their hair then their jobs. And most should wear hair nets as their hair was much longer than the rest of the staff. When we called out for service a new shift manager came to us. We explained the door difficulty, the lack of greeting and the delay in getting seated. As the meal progressed some of the teens started clearing the messy tables all around us food bits were flying everywhere! The carpet sweeper was left jutting out in the walk area and I tripped on it. To top it all off one of the teens threw the wipe rag like a basket ball to another teen. The restaurant food was very good but these teens need a lot more training and should only be scheduled individually not is flocks of 5 or 6. Potentially wonderful dinner soured by sloppy, untrained, long haired immature teens that only move to look busy when a supervisor is near.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. To the point they were hostile towards guests. They made my elderly mother cry. I could not believe how they spoke to us. The staff even refused to help hold the door so a handicap guest could exit. I will not be back to this location and it will be a long time before I visit a Red Lobster again. Avoid like the plague!

Enjoyed the endless shrimp this evening. Jason was our waiter and he took great care of us.

So disappointed at my last visit here. The place was fairly empty at dinner time and now I know why. The hostess seemed spaced out. Took a while to be seated. The biscuits were not even made correctly. That is a signature item!!!! They baked a new batch and they were just as weird. Our dinner did not come out right either and they were out of many entrees. They said they had a new chef. He needs to be helped! Wait staff was nice though but I won't go back. Too many other places that need business! Sorry Red Lobster.

Everything was good and as expected except the call ahead seating which is not as expected and for all intents and purposes doesn’t really exist, so don’t bother with it.

Hands down the best dining experience I've had in a long while. Went to this location on Friday and the service was fantastic and the food was on point. Kaitlynn was my waitress and she nailed it. She had a fantastic attitude and energy throughout, and a FANTASTIC smile that never wavered. Kaitlynn and the amazing food have me already planning a return trip soon.
