Excellent Pupusas!!!
Food was average and a little bit on the saltier side of flavor. A boost in customer services could help and soliciting feedback from the customers could probably improve the quality of food. There is potential.
My husband and I are new to the area and we love trying new places. He came across this restaurant and couldn’t wait to go. We weren’t too sure what to order or what the dishes are served with so I asked a few questions and honestly the cashier seemed a little judgmental/offended instead of being educational about their dishes. Nonetheless we were excited to try the tacos. We got the chicken tacos to go, they were plated reallly nicely. They come with a cup of onion and cilantro, a cup of pico, limes and a green salsa. However, the tacos had sooo little chicken in them. The meal comes with 3 tacos, so you need to combine 2 tacos or split the third taco between the other two to make them have a reasonable amount of meat. I will say, the corn tortillas were very nicely done, they had a nice crisp to them and weren’t soggy or falling apart which is something you often see with corn tortillas. Overall, if the service was a little more welcoming and the tacos had more meat I would’ve given a higher rating.

The food is excellent but order way in advance and be prepared to wait. It's worth the wait for sure, but it's frustrating to be told a time and then have to wait an additional 20-30 mins, especially if you're pressed for time. The wait and the fact that my chicharron pupusas had no meat inside are why I took off one star.
I was hoping to like it because the owner was such a nice sweet lady. We ordered pupusas for Christmas but when we actually got to eating them they were horrible. They had no filling at all they literally were like eating a thick tortilla. They barely had any cheese or chicharon in them, it was all maza(dough) I dont know if it was because it was Christmas and they wanted to hurry and go home, I dont know but they were horrible. I won't be coming back.
Cold food and takes too long for them to serve it . Not impress with their manu or server.
If you're looking for great Salvadorian food I highly recommend this place. It's not in the best location and it's nothing fancy but the owner was super sweet and like I mentioned the food was great. The restaurant has a Hispanic shop inside where you can find Mexican candy, pan dulce and other Latin treats. It's also very inexpensive!
Has to be the best place we ate pupusas at! And yes we are Salvadoran btw!
