Good food. Stick as close as possible to the basic menu listings.They are very busy and if you get too 'creative' with your order you will be waiting a long time at a minimum and there is a 30% chance something will be wrong.Good people, they will make it right, but it will take you more time, so please be patient.Not recommended to go when parents are in town or if the football team has a home game.

Absolutely pathetic. Placed a large mobile. Arrived at the restaurant. Was told they had NONE of what we ordered. Asked for a refund. Was told go through the app. Which is a waste of time. You have to email them. Was not offered any replacements. What a joke.

Food was hot and fresh. Service is a little on the slow side due to not having enough employees. But with that said they do manage to get everything done and right.

***Update: 06 12 2022 I have changed my 1 star review to a 4 star review. Dined in. Major improvements since my previous encounter. Good customer service. Fresh food. Positive experience.06 09 2022 9:44pm This location is going to continue to loose patrons if the current level of customer service does not improve.At the speaker I was told there is a 15 minute wait on mild chicken. I wasa advised to meet the order taker at the drive through window to discuss possible substitutions. Once at the window, as there was a car ahead of me, I was told it will be 15 mlm minutes as the chicken has not been dropped or fried.The customer service at the window was below subpar.This location is going to coninue to lose customers if customer service does not improve.

The store manager, Ms Tolbert is a 5-star customer service star. We love Popeyes but last week we got some that wasn't quite perfect. I brought it to Ms. Tolbert's attention and she fixed it all 150%. Delicious food and great service.

I decided to try this place again after having a bad experience when they first opened. Where to begin? The wait to place an order inside felt long to me. The line did not move for a solid 5 minutes, so make sure you've allotted extra time if you plan to eat here. Their drink machines are broken (both the lobby one, and the frozen lemonade one behind the counter) and they have no condiments, straws or napkins available to customers outside of asking for them at the counter. After I ordered, one of the counter staff members ran to the bathroom emergently and I could hear her making distressed noises in the bathroom. Upon her return, she had to use a napkin to wipe the perspiration from her face before continuing to handle food. It will be a miracle if I don't get sick from eating here today. I noticed other patrons having to approach the counter with wrong orders they received in the drive thru. The chicken sandwich was okay, but the fries were cold. If presented with eating here again, or going to the KFC across the street, I'm going to KFC.

1 am a local customer 3-4 times a month .On Sunday 5 June .SHORT ON STAFF SO LOBBY WAS CLOSED. 15 cars were in line to order 50 MINUETS TO PLACE ORDER. 1SET AT ORDER POINT FOR 15 MINUETS ,AND DID NOT MOVE. WHEN I WAS AT THE ORDER POINT,I WAS TOLF THAT ALL THE CHICKEN HAD BEEN BURNT. UP HOW EVER THEY WOULD ''SELL TO ME BURNT IF I STILL WANTED IT. WHAT? THEN WAS TOD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 30 MINUETS BEFORE THEY HAVE THE FRYER HOT ENOUGH TO COOK MORE AND THAT WOLD TAKE ANOTHER 15 MINUETS. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A NEW MANAGER. I FEEL THAT THE LEADERS JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

They never have Apple pies! My order was also wrong. I would've said something, but I was just ready to go after the long wait. The only good thing was the older lady at the register. She was nice and had a pleasant attitude.

I only spoke to Esther (the lady who took my order) for a moment and felt the positive energy! Alot of establishments I've visited, it was almost like they hated their job and that energy transfers into the whole experience but I was taken aback by how happy this lady seemed or projected and that was exactly what I needed. Thank you Esther for making me feel like coming back with ur positivity, patience and concise order taking! ??

Coinflip experience. Sometimes the order is perfect and sometimes it's just a mess. Service is somewhat slower than local fast food chains.
