I placed an order today and the estimated delivery time said 30-40 minutes. An hour later my husband called the store to find out where the order was and the woman said to him "the driver will be at your address in a few minutes" 18 minutes later I called back to ask about the order. (Mind you we live 5 minutes from the store" The same woman answered the phone and told me the same thing she told my husband "the driver will be at your door in a few minutes" I was frustrated with her dishonesty and said to cancel my order. If she was honest from the first phone call my husband would of picked up the order rather then waiting almost an hour and half to receive nothing. It is no fun being 9 months pregnant craving pizza and it takes the driver forever to reach a destination that is 5 minutes away from the store. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this establishment. I will not be placing anymore orders at this location.
The worst Pizza Hut i have ever visited. The food is nasty. The store is dirty . The store manager Michael Jones is disrespectful, rude and UNABLE to run the establishment. I will never go back to this disgrace again.
I do not understand why any pizza place in a college town would close at 8pm on a Saturday night, unless they consciously wanted to not make money. I took my business to Papa Johns. Hut family, I hope that scathes enough to make you change your hours. If not, please take your criminal empire back to Nal Hutta.
I don’t know who was cooking on Super Bowl Sunday 2022, but whoever it was, they put their mind, body, and soul into the pizza! Pizza was slamming that night and pizza is slamming the day after. Kudos to you!!
I was unable to use a store credit on an online order while paying in person. Otherwise, good pizza and workers appear to work hard to get you in and out. Store manager dies a good job making it right when there is a mishap.
This Pizza Hut has never disappointed. We used to order from the one at Ashton Green, but had several bad experiences there. I AM unhappy about not getting the brush-on crust add-ons anymore. They kept the crust tender. That is not the fault of the restaurant though.
Shannon ,China and Destiny were awesome Destiny is a fantastic waitress just love going and enjoying the food there was very good atmosphere and Destiny made sure everything was going great

The lady in there was all by herself and was super busy. She was still very polite and everything was delicious. She has a very strong work ethic and deserves to be known for it. I hope you know her name and that she deserves more than she thinks.
The food is so good and the driver was so nice.
