The papa johns is so nasty. The crew uniforms are nasty and dirty. The guy that was making the pizza was sweating a lot and he had some nerve to touch his hair after he washed his hands. I told them to give my money back that's disgusting. You shouldn't be handling people food sweating and beside the place was dirty as well. I wouldn't call in a delivery order y'all go order in person. Unless you want to eat sweaty pizza.
i ordered 1 pizza at 9:30pm and was told that it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. the pizza was delivered at 11:15pm and it was cold. i was planning on sharing this pizza, but everyone went to bed. the franchise must not care about this location anymore
Cold food and cannot remember extra sauces when they already skimp on them anyways. Will not order again and their customer service is about as worthless as it gets. You would think when you charge people double the price of Little Caesars or Dominion's they would at least do a good job of checking orders and keeping food at the very least warm but then again there is a reason they are losing customers.
Very very slow service. Delivery should not take over an hour on a Monday. Either the store is not properly staffed, or other time management issues are present.

I have been getting orders from this location since it opened many years ago.The staff is always so nice and professional. The food has always been better than good the wings are the best in Williamsburg and I just can't get enough of the cheese dip it is great for the crust and I get extras to make beef nachos another night hmmmm mmm good.The sauce is best out of the chains also.Fast delivery even on game day they are faster than people in same lot lol
This is going to be a long review... Let me start by saying that Danielle the general manager is a master of her craft! In a world where personal service is basically non existent, Danielle stands alone. She truly cares about the customer experience. The experience started with my wife placing a order for delivery. Might I add we live in Richmond VA. My wife was routed to a call center where she had to give our address multiple times to insure the order was being delivered to the correct location. Fast forward 2 hrs later no pizza and charged for an order. We got in touch with the call center again and the representative said "oh we don't deliver from Williamsburg to Richmond". Obviously very frustrated at this point. I called the Richmond VA papjohns that we assumed the order was placed through. This location had no record of an order for us and did not have interest in helping us resolve the issue. I asked to speak to the store manager at this point. The manager CJ came on the line (if that's even his real name) I began to explain our problem and the instant response I received was "we don't have an order for you, I can't help you". At this point I'm getting heated. I then asked CJ how to get intouch with the Williamsburg location since that's where our order was routed to.. " I don't have that number and it's not one of our locations. You could look it up". CJ offered no help what so ever and not one apology about the experience we were having.I was finally able to reach a live person at the Williamsburg location and was greated by Danielle, the stores GM. As I mentioned earlier in this review, Danielle was helpful right from the start. She first apologized for the experience and confusion. Then went on to say she cares deeply about the experience she provides as her customers are choosing to spend their money at her restaurant. In closing she offered to let her boss know of the experience that we had and took my name and number and promised to call me back.The experience provided by Danielle was absolutely paramount. She is a true leader, customer service guru, and master of her craft!
