Overall, we love this place. There might have been a few minor order mix ups in the past (maybe happened twice during peak Covid season), but we have eaten here many, many times. Now, they routinely check and re-check all of our orders. We have dined in, take out, delivery and even got food catered for parties. Overall, the food is excellent, the staff is top-notch, and this is one of our favorite restaurants. It's hard to find dependable places that build a reputation... this is one of those places. Each experience has been great for us. Sometimes we come a couple times a week. It's a great place for everyone.
This was such a great experience! The staff were polite and friendly from beginning to end. Our meal was quickly served and was hot and tasty! I especially appreciate the host holding the door (my mom and aunt have difficulty walking). Overall 10/10!
My girlfriend and I came here at 6:30 on Saturday and the service was phenomenal! I couldn’t get my glass to half before they filled it back up! Took 15 minutes from ordering to get our food and it was amazing! I got the Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno and my girlfriend got the Chicken Parmigiana and both dishes were hot and delicious! Bailey, our server was timely and very nice! Javier was comical and fast! Never have had such a great experience at Olive Garden and definitely will be back!
Hands down this is one of the best Olive gardens that I have been to in Virginia! Well actually my first one in Virginia. I have eaten at different franchises around the US. I really appreciate the hospitality and service. I felt extremely welcome even when I went by myself. The server kept checking up on me to make sure that I was okay and if I needed something. I never felt neglected lol. I'm not sure if it's the state that is nice in general or this specific location lol.Next, I had a great time eating here tasting my food. By tasting the food. I was able to taste the flavor of the soup and my entree. At first, I had the gnocchi soup. Although it tasted good. I wanted to try the ones with potatoes. Which I don't remember the name. Please see pictures below for the answer. That soup tasted super delicious. I ask for so much refills that I couldn't not for finish my entree lol. I end up asking for a to go plate for it. Which is a rare occasion in my case, I am always able to finish everything and anything. But not this time around. The food almost got me eating pass my limit.I'm not being paid by no one or was force to place this nice report. I truly had a great experience there and wanted to let the world know to go here if they are ever in town!
Had takeout. Bread sticks were overdone and hard. Chicken was over cooked and noodles undercooked. Not much fettuccine on noodles. Soup was good. Change from last time I was here when meal was good.

Amazing service. We walked over from Red Lobster next door after waiting at a table 20 minutes without even a server greeting us. After watching two servers chatting and making eye contact for 3 minutes with my husband we headed over to Olive Garden. So glad we did. The hostess was super friendly joking with us about our little one on my husbands shoulders. She quickly seated us. Even though twice the number of tables had people at them compared to Red Lobster in the amount of time we wasted there our server Matt greeted us, got our drinks, took our order, and brought us our appetizer. The food was hot and delicious. Completely put Red Lobster to shame.
Bailie, is the best server. Probably didn't spell his name correctly, but he is great. The manager was very attentive. Food was fresh and tasty.
Our server Sylvia was a 5 star server. She was so sweet and attentive in her interactions with us. Felt like we knew her for years. The food was fast and tasty. We arent from the area but definitely would come back just to be served by her.
Seated was limited due to staff shortage. Wait to be seated was not very long. Food and service was good.
