Tried this place because of reviews on another social media site saying this place makes amazing Eggs Benedict. They weren't lying! Arrived here at about 9 am on a Saturday. Was told it would be about 15 minute wait. There were 2 of us. Larger parties came in and were put on a wait list as well. However, two other sets of 2 people came in and were seated before us. They put their names on the list and were taken back within 2 minutes. We ended up waiting about 25 minutes. Should have been "next on list" which would have made our wait 10 minutes. The Food- Classic Eggs Benedict is the best I have had. The hollandaise sauce is perfect, poached eggs cooked just right. I was very happy. Hubby had the Steak Eggs Benedict and said, the steak made it someone dry and not enough hollandaise sauce. We got a 2 stack of pancakes just for a sweet side, and I liked them, husband didn't. They add, what I think it a lot of vanilla extract to the batter, so they are very sweet pancakes. What turned us off to the place, we were looked over while waiting, and I wasn't even half way through my breakfast and only 1 slight refill on my coffee and the bill was brought to us and our server told us to have a good day. Nothing like feeling extremely rushed out! We hadn't even had our food more than 10 minutes by then. It was really tacky to be that rushed through. It's Williamsburg on a Saturday, we get it. But, we also get there are many many more pancake places that might not be so pushy to get you out the door either.

Amazing experience! The atmosphere is homey, the service top notch, & the food was delicious! The entire staff was so sweet to our family - pleasant & polite & helpful. Restaurant is clean, full of southern charm, & they have good coffee. We stopped for breakfast on our way out of Williamsburg & were thrilled with our experience. Will definitely come back next time we’re in town!
As a local, this is the ONLY pancake house we recommend. It’s fantastic, full of smiling wait staff and the best menu in town to please the whole crowd!

My family and I enjoyed this place, the decorations makes this place homey and the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing!.They didn’t mess the mark when your out Williamsburg VA this place is a great family breakfast spot to visit
We had a very short wait before being sat at a large table to accommodate our party of 5. Everyone’s food was great and we had nothing to complain about.
We had the pancake combination, the vegetarian omelette, and the Proper English, and had a great start to our day. As others have noted - great food, very prompt service given how busy they were, spotless dining room, and very friendly staff. What more could you want?
The cook listens to what you want here. Asked for eggs over medium, bacon & hash browns crispy. Got everything the way we wanted. Pancakes were great .Our waitress Gracie was very attentive to our needs. She was very nice.
Not Another Pancake House was just delightful! Friendly service, excellent food and a wide selection of fruity delicious pancake options. Like most diners and restaurants, Not Another Pancake House does not filter their tap water which is reflected in their fresh brewed tea and coffee; there is a slight chlorinated taste. That said, the diner overall is very clean, and the staff are a very cohesive team. Managers, bussers, servers each work together to ensure the customer experience is great; successfully. I would recommend Not Another Pancake House for anyone looking for that small diner, small town vibe, with delicious eats!!
