Food was good, not great. Bento Box lunch menu was good value and food quality was good. Atmosphere and cleanliness could be a lot better. Good service!

Ordered take away for lunch. Quick service, nice server. I paid and returned for it, ready when I got there. All that was great, but I was disappointed when got home. Two things: Shrimp tempura roll had no sauce on it, maybe that's just what I'm accustom to, and the shrimp stir fry portion was what I would call a lunch portion, not the $19.00 regular entree. Everything tasted great, service was friendly and quick. Other than those two things, I would eat here again, but probably for a sit down dinner.

Food was average….nothing amazing. We had take out from here before on New Years Eve while staying with family and it was really good. Sadly, last night was just not as good, but Part of that was because the Service was incredibly slow….and we were definitely not the only ones that felt that way. It appears they have 3 people attempting to run the restaurant and do all of the serving as well as takeout. The poor woman working our table and several others was just Stretched too thin. The kids food and our sushi arrived and we were nearly done before my husbands cooked meal came. And my seaweed salad arrived at the end after i asked if she forgot it or if I had just not ordered it.. There was a help wanted sign in the window and for their sake I really hope they find someone soon.

My first time in a sushi restaurant. I did not have sushi. I had beef fried rice and it was great. The miso soup and salad that came with it were also very good. Our server was very attentive and checked on us several times. My partner had shrimp fried rice that he really liked.

It was our first time here. The sweet tea was delicious. The Gyoza was good. Came fast. But we had to ask the server for napkins and chopsticks after it came to our table. I wanted sushi, but they had a long back up, only 1 sushi chef, and waitress said she was not sure if it would take 30 minutes or 1 hour to get sushi, just a long time if we ordered it. Disappointing. It did look good at other tables we saw. So alternatively I ordered Bi Bam Bop, it was not good for me an upset my stomach before we even left. The rice was burned and some crunchy not cooked, didn't like the slivered mushrooms in it (texture, look or flavor ?). My husband enjoyed his meal.

“ Hot Night” is my all-time favorite sushi roll at Miyaki. My family and I have been dining here for over decade- we LOVE it. Every visit is filled with delicious, fresh meals and kind customer service.Miyaki is a locally-owned family business. There are very few left in Williamsburg, so we appreciate them even more so…I highly recommend Miyaki !

Sushi and tabletop grilling. We squeaked through the door about 1/2 hour before closing time. Visiting from out of town. We weren't offered a table at the grill, and I didn't care for sushi, so imagine my surprise when we were offered an excellent stir fry. Soup, salad and stir fry with fried rice. Really, reallygood food. Great service. We had to go back 1 more time before we left town.

The food was mediocre at best and once we were finished eating a huge roach started crawling up the wall right next to us. We left our leftovers at the table and were disgusted that we just ate in an establishment with a roach infestation. We asked for a reimbursement for this and were told that we were only allowed a 25% refund. We then asked to speak to the manager and were told by the servers that she was not in today. They got us the 25% and the managers number, we exited the building and called the number outside. We were given the wrong number. We went back inside and got the correct number, but the manager (we were told her name was Lisa) did not pick up and after several employees tried calling her on their personal phones, she still did not pick up. The employees ended up giving us the other 25%, to make a total 50% refund, without the manager Lisa’s approval because she was AWOL. I would only recommend eating here if you have a taste for bugs, good luck getting a refund or getting Lisa to pick up the phone.

Came for a late lunch around 4 pm. We had the jalapeño roll appetizer ...fabulous. Then the Will&Mary and Jenny for main course. Both were exquisite. Service was great. The restaurant was clean and very appealing. The prices are very reasonable. I will be coming here again and often.

Have Korean and Japanese food. Little more on the traditional side. Got the Korean soup with tofu and seafood. It was good my wife tried it and said it was really spicy. The bowl they served it in never allowed it to cool at all which means that soup every bite was hot. No cold soup from start to finish.
