Very impressed by this location. Beyond the cleanliness, I received such wonderful customer service. It truly was outstanding when you consider that in the span of about three minutes, I was welcomed to the store, offered a sample, had the rewards program explained to me, and offered a table on the patio. Tremendous experience and I will return without question.
What better way to enjoy a hot summer afternoon that was a good cup a frozen yogurt! I have the pleasure of coming to Menchie's and I was not disappointed! You don't know what you want, then ask Larissa for a suggestion. Once you pick your flavor of yogurt, then there is a wide variety of toppings that you can add to it. A very good experience all around.
We had a great experience! The owner was the one in the shop, and he was SO welcoming and friendly!!I got the dairy free oat milk froyo, and it was AMAZING! All of the toppings are packaged separately to prevent cross-contamination and keep everyone safe.We will most definitely be returning whenever we are in the area!
Great experience! Philip was so nice and so kind hearted he was so accommodating to our group of 11. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and he brought seats outside and had the fire going for us. Clean, great and hospitable. Coming again!

The owner of this establishment is so wonderful! We were only in town visiting Great Wolf Lodge for the day, it was our daughter's 9th Birthday and that was her birthday wish.It was last minute, dinner time when we realized we forgot a cake. (I know we're horrible parents.) We were fully prepared to buy a premade cake from Walmart or any other grocery store but we thought we'd take a chance and check out Menchie's. Not only did the owner offer to decorate and personalize it..he asked what her favorite color is and what we thought she would like on it. Thank you doesn't even seem like enough to express our gratitude for his kindness and thoughtfulness.
We found this place after a Google search.The man that was on duty went above and beyond. Asked if we wanted samples, and after finding out that we were there for a 16th Birthday he went and got candles. Totally worth the stop. Great place and phenomenal customer service.
Wow! I have found the store that has all I have been looking for in a great desert! I love ice cream and especially soft serve and I love fruit and chocolate. Also, I only go to establishments that put the customer first.This shop has it all, creamy high quality soft serve with all my favorite flavors including rich chocolate and fresh fruit choices! You can combine two flavors in a swirl and then go the to next spot you choose to continue to add the amount you desire into your cup. You have quite a number of toppings to choose from as well. They weigh the cup and charge you by weight. The focus is on the customer and on serving and supporting the community. Very pleasant staff and they know how it all works.The best of the best! I will return here when I want another great desert!
